I love the format of Q & A after such a valuable add to the books content. I'm not in video but it was great to see how other business owners were trying to apply his content.
you should read "the win without pitching manifesto" by Blair Enns, or "pricing creativity" for more about value based pricing. Same story, but also wit some insights about how to overcome objections.
in the financical space sometimes it's a bit difficult to come up with a good offer because a lot of people want false promises, and the only clients that you can get are the ones that already got burned which is sad :/
yes but they still opt in for unrealistic things... which means continuation of false promises, because 1.5x in a year is not appealing to them :)@@mariomills
I recommend checking out the actual book if you haven’t already as there are a number of practical exercises that guide you through building your offer. It may not be 100% transferable but I’m sure they will help bring a lot of clarity and spark some ideas :)
All about result based. What does the customer want as a result? Guarantee to achieve that result or get money back. The risk is on you, not the customer. But if you fulfilled it, then you get a loyal customer with positive review that will generate momentum for the next 10x customers
Grand slam offer the idra to have high level of high certainty around your offer and invest the time where tgere is greater risk you up front but there is no limitto rewards and the risk is cappe whatever you cost you for creating your project
I'm wondering if this could be applicable to me? I'm a birth & postpartum doula, and I provide a prenatal coaching program to moms. The coaching program with the one on one aspect, is somewhat unique. This feels more relevant to different sectors of business.
I just love how thorough you summarize everything from the book. Keep on keeping on!
