PM is concerned that persons could be a charge on the public purse of Grenada. I think he has jus answered his own question as to why Canada has visa requirements for Grenadians.

The PM should be advised that Grenadians did not need a VISA to enter Canada until Keith Mitchell started selling passports to Criminals. A Japanese individual appeared at Candian immigration carrying a Grenadian passport. Upon questioning it was found that this individual did not know Grenada and with his heavy Japanese accent, had never lived in Grenada. Further investigation found this individual
was a wanted person in Japan. Therefore, Canada was within it's rrights to protect Canadians from criminal elements. The corrupt Keith Mitchell Govt. caused the peole of Grenada to need a VISA for Canada.

Can someone please address the outrageous fares, American Airlines is charging to fly from Washington DC to Grenada, and why aren’t there any direct flights, between DC/Dulles/BWI and Grenada??
