Sweet! 👍 Got KG6 dime and couple small horse tack buckles at the former 50’s school. Not part of sanitorium property as earlier thought but had been a small farm lot property according to old maps and old house is gone. The houses still exist from the farm lots to the north and south of it but are incorporated into the modern subdivisions and the back half of three lots make up the school property. The 1888 largie from the previous outing got me digging deeper into the research. Makes sense now with previous buckle, crotal bell, KG5 largie and horseshoe. All deep at 8”+!
I found a buckle recently too, i dont think mine was very old, as only the needle was rusty, mine looked kinda petina'd im not sure what metal it was, unless one of my parents dropped it the youngest it could be is 2010 when we moved in, didnt look like a belt buckle more industrious so i think it may have been 1950s when there used to be a different house on the property and a bit of a farm
