INTJ who admires the peak era of the Library of Alexandria... *knowledge more precious than gold* (shiny yellow rocks). This makes sense... I'd also want to travel 200 years forward to see if humanity has evolved to that mindset yet again
Humanity might "evolve" here and there but I'm pretty sure most of us will still have the same base flaws. What I've learned though is that a major portion of humanity is uncapable to mentally take care of a crisis and/or cooperate during it. We would still revolve as soon as something mildly inconvenient which is out of our control happens. We would still blame external factors and lie to ourselves that it isn't real or that it's just a scheme made by the government as a way to cope. The mentally weak would still choose ignorance over truth. So yes, if one day, an actual life threatening event happens then we would be doomed. If not then I don't know. It's hard to predict as far into the future.
How optimistic of you to think our species will be alive in 200 years. With climate change, we will likely go extinct by the end of this century, especially since we vehemently refuse to adapt. And that's excluding the post credit scene with nuclear weapons.
Very very doubtful my black unicorn interpretation of the future is that bill gates succeeded in culling the masses and made the surviving unaltered breedable humans ten percent of the population plus the Amish and a few Jewish and messianic sects, fundamentalist mormans, Jehovahs witnesses and scattered indigenous uncontacted tribes across the globe. The gene pool never did really survive this. the Japanese, and Chinese irradicated themselves because they never recovered from there population control of the eighties and telling their twenty seven year old women they were old maids and not addressing the single male incel issue was the final nail in their coffin. The best idea is to take your inner circle think tank up real time machine and take every one to an unoccupied point of history that has all the physical considerations you need then reseed the globe with a race that renders vogon like personalities ineffective. You want to give the intellectual types and the enfps and the isfjs ( mainly the male isfjs) most of the power of decision making, but istps can also have their say as long as they understand that in this scenario power of say so also means thinking about your group as a whole and personal responsibility for that.

Not sure THIS ENTP would do the whole “Hitler’s Barber” bit, but as a thought experiment it is fun. Not to mention, it would have eliminated thousands of very tragic Sr Class photos from the 80s... Even in an alternate timeline, no one would want the same haircut as Hitler 🤷🏼♀️

The age of arcade, synthwave, and the early cellphone...being able to live through the 4chan glory years and when the internet went gangbusters into the magic years of offensive humor and trolling...
The INTP would have never worried about his incolumity during such an important experiment. In fact, I'm more worried about the paradoxal damage something like writing your‐past‐self out of existence would do.
Really I feel like as an INFJ we would probably not be super responsible with the ability to time travel and would go back trying to change our entire lives.
Right but in a much truer sense, i have realised that all my past experiences have contributed to the person i am today. The bad experiences actually have had a significant impact in making me a better person. E.g. my kindergarten teachers switching my dominant writing hand from left to right. Today, I can't write with my left hand. But i do everything else with it WHILE writing with my right hand simultaneously. I can draw with both hands. And write on a chalk board with both too. But it is a blessing to be able to write with my right hand (since my jobs require me to do a lot of writing) and eat my food with my left hand simultaneously because i do not like wasting my time just eating or pooping. I have to do something while doing those things. So i wouldn't change the past. Even though i would want to. I would love to go back in time to a few scenarios and tell past me that it does get better, and the pain is temporary. I have learned to do that now when i have moments where i feel extremely pushed to feel overwhelmed. I tell myself, things will get better. And i write letters and put out voice messages to help myself for events that could play out a certain way in the future.
YESSSSS As an INTP I was about to say that! 😍😍😍😍 To travel across millenia and look for dinosaurs, pelicosaurs, arthropods, hyenodons, pterosaurs, ancient whales, the forst amphibians, giant insects... ohhh the joy 😍😍❤❤❤ With the appropiate equipment of course. I don't wanna soffocate to death because of oxygen poisoning or lack thereof 😆😂😂😂
I would want to travel back and invent everything that i know and become remembered after i go But knowing how much i would procrastinate i will just go after the meteor hit like 3 decades after
INTJ is dead on. I'd go back in time to invent *ALL* the things, try to avert disasters, and definitely stock up on McDonald's Szechuan Sauce. Something like a mix of Quantum Leap and Rick & Morty.
Yeah but as a black unicorn to the male of our type ya wouldn't screw up Socrates who didn't need to be messed with. You missed the infj jab on that one my friend. He very cleverly made us look petty and power seeking simply for the sake of power seeking itself. The reason we want power is not purely for the control but to actually improve the world. we of course want acknowledgement for who we are and what we do, but at the end of the day the goal of the intj is the forwarding of the idea itself to where it changes everything because what sheeple don't understand about us is we are the embodiment of our thoughts and ideas and they all settle for petty nothingness repeatedly and then stand agog in wonder that we loath them when they do that.

@@aerenh_ ENFPs generally understand other people and their motivations pretty deeply and rather quickly-often with little judgement. They also communicate pretty well and can relate to almost anyone. It makes them good companions for talking people through things-or walking through things with them. I appreciate the ENFPs in my life.
Can we stop for a moment to appreciate the creativity that went into this video? This subject is brainstorming cake and FJ clearly had a good time with it. I could watch a dozen iterations.
INFP: "I've always felt like I was born in the wrong decade, maybe even the wrong century. So I'd try to find what era I really fit in." That's how I feel like everyday then I kept questioning myself if it would be good 😂😂
You started in on the Minions schpiel and I was like, “I don’t know which personality this is supposed to be, but I need to find someone like that and befriend them immediately.” Then ENFP came up. I *am* an ENFP.
INFP here and, while mine was very, very, accurate, I do hate the Minions... so thank you for your theoretical service of ridding the world of their scourge!
As an ENTJ, I'd go to the future just to confirm that the decisions and actions I'm taking in my current life are giving me the future I've planned out, and make the necessary changes In the present if they're not. I mean if you're going to make a bet why not bet on the winning horse.😅
INTJ here: Dr. Strange would be so proud of us. We would cause chaos in the past knowing technologies from the future. Planning ahead and using everything we know to our advantage.😎Eventually dominating a town…city and the world.
I am the only one who wants time travel so that I could go back in time to see what the various places looked like before humans built on them? Just me? Okay then.
Man... That INFP one hit home. Someone asked me that question recently and I just couldn't think of any place truly being better (or worse) than now 😂 The only good thing about the past would I might have less distractions like the internet when all I want to do is read and write... But then there would be the problem of working for survival to think about, and knowing I'd hate to be forced to live simply to survive like that (I'm in my late twenties, and trying to figure out how to find time to step back and do what I love while actually having the money to buy food that is good for me, and afford my apartment....)
As an INFP I understand what you mean about the simplicity of the past. I prefer the older times because despite the survival you mentioned people were focused on love and family as their core reason for existence. Now that we don’t work to survive (less obviously) society has us convinced that our careers are the most important thing in life as a form of substitute for the quest of survival. I just see this as an excuse to pump the economy and fill us with false promises like your ‘dream job’ to keep us generating money. Which has also lead to people having increased pride over each other and social media being the centre of comparison. I think it really comes down to knowing what we personally want and not what the era expects. You did mention distractions like the internet which is so true. We are so focused on absorbing content or having a fixation on what others think, or how they are better than us and do this while losing site of what we want ourselves. I suppose if we can’t time travel we can take inspiration from certain times and adopt that into our everyday lives.
Lol, wait, you absolutely nailed this. When you said, "I think I was born in the wrong time, wrong decade, maybe even the wrong century," I thought to myself, "YES!" And then worried it wouldn't be the INFP, but alas it was hahahahahahaha. Yep, I gotta fit in SOMEWHERE, right? #infplife
Come on INTP, you know better. You will only wipe out yourself from one timeline, which means you will land in a parallel one. 😎 You can then either try to see if you can erase yourself from existence ad infinitum or do something more fun, like try time-chase INTJ so that you can laugh the moment Socrates will react to INTJ's teaching attempts. -Sincerely a paradoxical Minion 😁
Ah yes but then you have the Multiverse to consider. You won’t wipe yourself from the existing timeline but there will be ulterior time lines that expand from that where you don’t exist.
@@Meg_intheclouds Not only you are not wiping yourself out of existence, but you mess up with someone else's timeline. Basically, you become some kind of serial killer, where your only victim is yourself.🤯
I was going through this whole vid like “that could be me” until INTP finally hit. And doing something for curiosity (“science”) to test a theory while deciding the consequences aren’t a problem until they happen is a mood.
I would like to see a 16 Personalities as heroes at Avengers or Justice League video, it would be fun and I think there's none about it yet (and I guess it would be fun to make the video too, so Frank would enjoy it)
THERE IS a famous photo of an ESTP time traveler with his sunnies on it 👀 Also as an INFJ I found the INFP sketch more relatable, I always felt a kinship with the protagonist of the original The Time Machine movie who was looking for some time place without war in the world :')

Good one👍🏻 That editting... Your leveling up really fast... Should we be scared? INFJ... I think we need to talk... Let me help you understand that there are better times to travel to....... (No offense, INFJs)
I'm an INTP, but since I kinda like INTJs plan better. I teach philosophy, so I'd love to talk to the ancient thinkers about what is people saying about their ideas nowadays
I think as an INFJ, I'd do that too.. but on second thought, I might just go in search of a beautiful place with refreshing greenery and peace (with no people) all around... Just writing about it is so exciting!! XD
As an ENTJ, I would do the INTJ’s plan! He is my favorite philosopher, and I would like to ask him questions. Also, I would love to stay with him for a day and figure out why he became like that and learn from him directly.
ENFP - This year has sucked so much that I'd travel to the future to see how things have improved. They'd have to have improved eventually anyway, right? Right??
INFP is here. I thought about traveling in time, about everything awesome I could see. But I don't want to think about all anomalies and paradoxes so I found a solution... Spectator mode! You are just a ghost who can only see what happened in the past. It can be boring for someone but imagine all possibilities you still have! Like you can see real dinosaurs or different countries in different centuries or even the coolest concerts! All of that just for not touching something and not interacting with someone from the past? Why not?
As an INTP, this is extremely accurate bc the amount of time 8 year old me thought about that exact scenario is scary. But id also try to befriend my younger self so that they don’t do the stupid things that caused years worth of embarrassment
Thanks for picking the too self-centered therapy-habit of ENFP. Sounds reasonable. It‘s a thin line for me between advise/comfort and making connections to my own opinion, experience and thinks I heard in Podcasts.
I solved this problem of not fitting in by moving abroad. Now the explanation I can give to myself and others for being weird is my cultural background 😂😂😂
INTP is me when I think about time travel. You cannot go back and change the past, because if it never happened, how would you be able to go back and change it? And the future doesn't exist yet. -infp
As an ENFP, I always fantasize about going back in time and being the one to invent revolutionary stuff since I know how it works already (like the periodic table of elements, the lightbulb, etc.) and being hailed as a genius and world savior.
Wow, I'm an INTJ and whenever I wondered about where should I go I were to time travel I always had Ancient Greece in mind so I can talk with Plato. This video almost nails it wtf
Just loved the photobomb in the Mona Lisa! Your humour is so clever, FJ. Also, I would visit ancient Egypt to see how and why the pyramids were built and then I’d come back to now and “discover” the truth.
INFP there, i’m on the INTP’s side: what are the rules of this time travel? Is it a real loop? Or does it create new branches each time you travel? Can you travel back to another branch? When you travel do you choose where you appear or it’s just where you are at the moment (because you could appear into someone else that was just passing by, or into a wall that was there before, or a tree)? But also yeah, I would try to find a point in time where I feel like it’s where I’ll be someone
As an INFP I laughed so much, because when I was a teen I was convinced of living in the wrong time 😂 But before that I laughed because you were standing in an empty tube station in my hometown, Munich talking about minions 😂😂😂😂
The Hitler scenario made me smile. Frank you did good with that one coming from an approving ENTP 😎👍🏼 (I’m not even going to throw in my conspiracy theory as to why I don’t think it would quite work… I’m just going to enjoy it)
I love how INTJ are the only one who ACTUALLY did a big time travel and no, I really didn’t think that anyone would think of just traveling in the last 10 years - An INTJ
The INFP one is SO perfect, I really like my personality type XD It's true, I always feel like I'm born in the wrong timeline, but truly there's not one that would really fit me, but at least trying to find my place, I'd see all the places and people in the past and future. That would be cool, I would still enjoy timetraveling even If i didn't find my perfect timeline because I'd get to see all the cool places and people in past and future
The ENTP one had me rolling. As an INFJ I feel like I would go back in time to undo all the embarrassing moments in my life but then my character development would also disappear meaning I would never learn anything and grow as a person ( also never get out of that awkward stage I am still struggling with) so nvm.
Honestly the best part was hearing someone else accurately describe how a timeline alternation paradox works. It's a gaping plot hole in so many of my favorite stories.
I'm an INTP (mistyped as INTJ for the longest time). I'd just time travel to preserve lost media, re-watch old 90s Cartoon Network and enjoy discontinued snacks.
@@grammyslappy I was thinking less Adult Swim and more along the lines of What A Cartoon Show, Swat Kats, Road Rovers, Hanna Barbera and all those 90s Warner Bros shows like Tiny Toons, Animaniacs, Taz Mania and Freakazoid. Like pre Adult Swim back when Cartoon Network was literally Boomerang.
I would have gone back a couple of years, contacted myself online and give myself advise on how to avoid making some major mistakes I made. Your INFJ as well as the ENFJ was good. I identify with that theme. /INFJ.
Once J.D. Salinger said that the best authors are those who you wish you were friends with. And I've got a list. I would go back in time to the 19th century to meet Jane Austen, Robert Louis Stevenson, and Arthur Conan Doyle and have tea with each of them. -ESTJ

That was the reasoning I thought he would give, and not "people wouldn't take him seriously" hahaha

I would definitely have that urge, but I've seen enough Doctor Who to know better.

Your INTJs are always so accurate
INFP: "I've always felt like I was born in the wrong decade, maybe even the wrong century. So I'd try to find what era I really fit in."
That's how I feel like everyday then I kept questioning myself if it would be good 😂😂
I feel that too, except that I'm INFJ 😭🤣

I have always said I was born in the wrong time, even when I was born people said I've been here before or was an old soul
I'm an INFJ, and it's exactly the same
I'm an INFP and i would probably go back to the time when my school was being built and advice them to build a larger library with more books😂
As an INTJ, I would also tell Socrates how well I get him in terms of being misunderstood by the ignorant crowd.
You started in on the Minions schpiel and I was like, “I don’t know which personality this is supposed to be, but I need to find someone like that and befriend them immediately.”
Then ENFP came up.
Agree as an ENTJ!
I would go back one century and teach those primitive clowns about the world. Grab myself a Nobel Prize or two.

Nope, you are not alone. My late husband would say this all of the time.
Nature

INFP is here. I thought about traveling in time, about everything awesome I could see. But I don't want to think about all anomalies and paradoxes so I found a solution... Spectator mode! You are just a ghost who can only see what happened in the past. It can be boring for someone but imagine all possibilities you still have!
