Have you ever been to Hawaii Plantation Village? It's my first time too & I wasn't sure if I'd enjoy myself at first but I'm so glad I came. This is such a special place & a mind opening educational experience people of all ages would appreciate. The details within the village are amazing.
This village is an example of what most sugar cane laborer camps & villages looked like back in the late 1800 to the mid 1900's. From the personal artifacts up to the replica structures. This outdoor museum is definitely one of a kind & something that needs to be experienced.
