hi. just wanted to update you about my insomnina. i rember back in 2022 in march i had insomnina so i lost my sleep. i find it again in 6 months. i don.t know how i found it. but i always watched ur videos and followed your tips but they did not work. so idk how my insomnia got cured. it just went away on its own. like afther 6 months i sleep drive just came back very strong out of no weres and i been sleeping 8 hours a night and now today im still geting 8 hours a night every day. i still can.t find out why that happen to me in 2022. yeah its mystery to me how my sleep drive just went away like that for 6 months were i would only sleep 5mins and sometimes i would be awake 40 to 50 hours. i just hope i never ever go true this again i did not like it. so yeah now today when its my bed time i get tired and fall a sleep really fast and sleep good the whole night. and for ppl still haveing insomina. the only advice i can give you all is just wait tell it gos away on its own thats what i did. mines just went away on its own.
I went through a period of insomnia in my twenties that lasted 6 months. This was many years ago. I mentioned it to a psychiatrist taking my medical history and she said that is one of the most common insomnia stories. She said it's idiopathic (meaning no known cause) and 6 months is a common period of time for it to occur.
Insomnia is very mysterious and not caused by anxiety like these coaches say it is. Many times hormones go out of wack then regulate on their own. These sleep coaches are deluded.
I’m going through the same thing. Been a struggling with sleep but don’t have any fear or any thoughts involving sleep or trying to control it but just can’t sleep. Then some weeks I’m able to sleep no problem. These tips from these channels did not help at all and the cause from they say causes insomnia doesn’t apply to me at all because I don’t have any anxiety nor do I try to control sleep. I also go to bed at the same time and don’t drink any caffeine in general. It’s weird how some people just struggle to sleep out of no where then sleep again.

Thank you so much for this. Gerry is such an amazing person, and has given me some hope.
It was a joy to listen to Gerry be so open, honest and vulnerable about his experiences and struggles.
