I agree with a lot of (most) of what Katie says, but not on this one. Challenging someone who is overweight might be fair game as it is (usually) that person's fault. Breast cancer is not a fault, it is a tragedy.
Then don’t put yourself on TV and the internet for the world to see.
There's some crap music and a blank screen at the start of this. you should take that out. don't inflict that on people.
