Probably, but the map creator accidentally typed he or she, both are possibilities, the only way to be sure would to ask the map creator, but no one should care enough to go through all that effort, and when the map creator does respond, he's probably gonna say something like "Who cares? Its a sign!"

If you do the command: /scoreboard players set @a time 719990. 719990 is the same as 8 hours in real life. Then you didn’t have to wait so long😉
But the thing is you cannot use any commands.
I think you could probably open it to LAN and turn on cheats temporarily if there aren't any other precautions put in by the map maker to prevent this.

There's a difference between non-binary and genderfluid. Non-binary doesn't identify as any gender and prefers they/them pronouns. Genderfluid identifies as both Male and Female and likes she/her & he/him pronouns. I'm cisFemale which just means that I identify as the gender I was born as, which is Female.
Also, any person no matter their pronouns would most likely be offended by being referred to as an "it".
