I do not know which planets including the Sun and the Moon which form aspects to your natal Neptune, but they would color/flavor it. An artist could be a painter, illustrator, actor, or musician. Yes--the MC is not necessarily in the 10th house in the Whole Sign house system--I think it can show up in the 9th, 10th, or 11th House. In Whole Sign, my MC is in my 11th House. I'd be curious to know how to look at vocation in Whole Sign houses.

Usually, for a starting point, you can blend the signification of both planets and both houses. It can get pretty complex, but for example... If someone has a mutual reception between the ruler of their 1st and 2nd, you might expect someone who makes money on their own accord or their body/appearance is a source of income, like an entrepreneur, model, public speaker, etc. The same can be said about just having the ruler of the 1st in the 2nd, though. The mutual reception would just add an extra ⚠️ to the interpretation. Hope that helps!

Living in the woods seems serene. Maybe it’s the childlike freedom without the “burdens” of city life? When your living in the woods does it feel foreign, learning to listen and learn the new language of nature or adapting to a different way of life? I can see a connection. So often Leo and the Sun reference attention grabbing, actor, artistic types; but so much of Leo is living authentically and for yourself. What better way than finding your place in nature. 🤷🏾♀️ just thinking out loud at this point.

I'm not so sure about the interpretation but I know that sometimes the 10th house cusp and MC angle vary based on the house system that you're using to calculate your chart. Have you tried using a different system (such as Placidus, Equal or Whole Sign house) to compare where the MC angle and 10th house cusp align or not? Amanda said that the bonus 13th episode in this house meaning series will go over the different houses systems and when to use what kind to glean different information from your chart. A planet ruling the house it occupies is considered to be in a "comfortable" position. Without reviewing the entire astrological chart, it is difficult to determine, but you'd expect a person involved in a career related to Venus (such as the arts, beauty, or design) and/or has strong support in these fields. It can also be that they have exceptional skills and recognition in their work. Hope that helps :D

Ok! I’m confused. My MC is in late degrees 9th H Taurus and my moon in late degrees 10th H Gemini. Which do I pay attention to for career? He said MC & 10 are the same but mine don’t align.
I'm not so sure about the interpretation but I know that sometimes the 10th house cusp and MC angle vary based on the house system that you're using to calculate your chart. Have you tried using a different system (such as Placidus, Equal or Whole Sign house) to compare where the MC angle and 10th house cusp align or not? Amanda said that the bonus 13th episode in this house meaning series will go over the different houses systems and when to use what kind to glean different information from your chart. A planet ruling the house it occupies is considered to be in a "comfortable" position. Without reviewing the entire astrological chart, it is difficult to determine, but you'd expect a person involved in a career related to Venus (such as the arts, beauty, or design) and/or has strong support in these fields.
It can also be that they have exceptional skills and recognition in their work. Hope that helps :D
