Id love to do that but my downstairs neighbour would not be pleased lol, however now its getting warmer I'm getting in m6 garden and waling barefoot around my very grassy and weedy garden for at least 20 mins, it's amazing ❤
Yes. That is a vata dosha imbalance. Gotta eat natural, grounding foods, do slow but challenging exercises, and remind yourself to breath deeply into your lower belly. I like potatoes with real butter. This doesn't make me feel bloated when eaten in moderation. Oh yea... eat and sleep on a regular schedule and use moderation in all things whenever possible. Remember, this is "your" enlightenment. You chose to come into this world during this amazing but challenging time. It will happen one way or another, so don't overthink it. Edit: stay away from drugs. Even weed can take me to cloud nine for hours. This is great for inspiration but will eventually cause the body to crash back to the earth, both figuratively and literally speaking.
@@MatthewLogan777 thanks.. I'm actually vata body type... it's definitely imbalanced...i always had the hardest time falling asleep... since i was 11... I'm 32 now.... I'm trying to do the best i can... but my sleep schedule is always messed up... don't know why...
@@shikhaM1 I often wonder if all awakening beings don't struggle with this to some extent, vata or otherwise. Sleep is still elusive for me, but the more grounded I get, the more balance I find... the more balance I find, the more easily I can live out my highest joy. I still receive inspiration from my angelic guides, at times, but enlightenment is right here and right now. (They let me know this in a not-so-nice-manner the last time that I smoked weed. It pissed me off at the time, but now I realize that it was a kindness on their part. Divine inspiration is very draining on an unbalanced energetic/physical body.)

Please walk barefoot on the grass, dirt, mud as much as you can! I bought a grounding mat for my mattress, I wake up without pains and I sleep all night long. Placebo Effect…I don’t know!

breathing from your nose is good, cause it gives you sometime to rest and breath properly, makes one more calm.

I find myself outside mutiple times a day for earthing. Does that work well for grounding?
What if you live of 8 th floor ? Does it work the same ? Or do you need to be on the ground ?
