Thats so important for me right now to hear that. You can get so lost in the "we are all one" and "all light and love" (which has its place for sure) that you forget your power and how important that is. Love your balance! Its rare to find someone that is teaching the "and" and not only one side.
Omg that makes so much sense! So I’ve been doing it all wrong! No wonder I haven’t gotten anywhere lately in my journey! Now I’m a product of my mom used to doctor shop to get her speed pills, pain pills, Valium, and sleeping pills! This was in late 50’s! Unfortunately me and my brother and sisters all turned out addicted to drugs! I’ve been on a spiritual journey for almost two years! I went down some wrong rabbit holes l was like everything looking for the quick fix! Ha ha ha! Don’t recommend! When I think I figured it out and I thought I got to the bottom of it, and there was a set of spiral stair case which lead to a fork in the road! Just for today I will take a deep breath and remember how grateful I am and continue on my journey! I love you and you videos! Always so excited to see you name on my notifications ! When I’m have taken care of my dad an I am able to partake in some of trips! I’m 63 and have so much time to continue my journey! Love and light❤️ I got this😊

Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom. Ever since I developed myself spiritually and started to learn about chakra’s, I knew the most of my work has to be done with the lower ones. But the spiritual people I surrounded myself with and even teachers didn’t understand. Of course some of them did, but I feel there’s soooooo little attention going to these lower chakra’s. I can definitely see why. And that is exactly why I want to learn about them, heal them and then help other people understand and heal 💛🙏🏽

Some can repress their lower chakras and it comes out in different ways & does not always result in sexually abusing someone. SOOOOO I agree with what you said at the end! Yes we are all one but we are also an individual sovereign unique individual and that is what we came here, to experience that and go through that! I actually dont desire for my consciousness to rise to such a level that I am just pure awareness and I'm stripped of everything that makes me a unique individual.
Cristina, thank you so much for this. I had watched this video before but never thought it would help me so much to watch it again, now when I needed the most. As everyone is feeling the energies this March 2024 (Pisces season) very very heavy but bringing up all the shadow work we needed to do to move forward, this video made it very clear to me where the blockage in my marriage and my career lay. I have been trying to move up so hard and these two things keep dragging me down, like saying "Hey, there's some work to do here!!!". I hope that anyone who's going through the same thing can find the healing and lessons behind this energy, they feel so uncomfortable at first but there's no feeling like the light after all. It's all here to make us closer to ourselves/him. God bless you!

What I have found is that every spiritual teacher has a different interpretation as to what aspects of your life journey that each chakra controls, governs and facilitates. Plus, everyone has their own unique mix and variations of chakra blockages, along with their own life plan. So it's very confusing to know what is really true and exactly how it all applies to you. Conclusion: Just concentrate on getting them unblocked and then see what the results are.

Soooo wow! So many questions but also so many points to make here! After watching this, i suddenly have this insane clarity on why im having such a hard tme aligning my chakras no matter how much work im putting into them! For most of us who go thru spiritual awakenings, we dnt fully understand what’s happening to us but we get the gist anyways and so we start researching everything. Primarily we drift to the all american go to….Google! Now when u do chakra research most sites will tell u the very opposite of what Christina is saying. So when its time to do chakra work, we arent doing the appropriate healing for each chakra as we have a misunderstanding of what each chakra is responsible for. I feel like this is why shadow work may have been so difficult for me. I hope this video shines alot of clarity for alot of confused ppl 💜

Its weird I was in my car and my thoughts were going to issues with my parents that I havent 100% healed from yet just an hour ago and I thought that I should go home and meditate to a root chakra binaural beats track but I decided to drink a cup of green tea first and was finding something to watch while drinking my tea and this video pops up lol. Honestly if you dont have a solid foundation in your lower 3 chakras you cant get very far with your upper 4. Those have to be solidly balanced out and healed first in order to move up in consciousness. I didnt realize that many gurus havent been practicing this. That makes them highly suspect to me then
WOW! There isn't much for me to say. Just 'wow'... I'm coming back full circle to your guidance Christina. I found you during my 'dark night'... your guidance saw me through it. Bliss needed nothing, the Void separated me from you and it seems I must be 'Grounding'?... or something. I heard Maharishikaa talk against Advaita teachings of 'I am not the body'. She talks of living in 'this BODY' and accepting that I am this body. It took me a short while to warm up to her ( having listened to Mooji and others , no shade whatsoever I am eternally thankful to him) .. but suddenly, having only just 'digested' her pointing, here's you, whom I resonate with, pointing the 'same'. Thank you, thank you.
