Hello. I just purchased a second hand R series with an R3 dome. I am looking to add dirt and grime to it. It is has a black body and legs with orange panels. The R3 dome even has orange paneling. Looking to highlight the edges of all the while adding a bit of grime, including some darker orange, red, and brown. I want to add mid-tone brown washes to the lower body and feet while distressing the upper upper body and shoulders with a few tones of dark gray. I don't want to distress the clear dome much if at all. My wife is the tinker in the family and want to take it apart. The side legs seem easy, but the the dome and the mid-leg are a bit more challenging. What are your suggestions?
I used mostly nuln oil and watered down brown paint and wiped it off on the inside and parts of the outside of the dome to make it look like it was spraying oil around the inside.

This looks awesome dude
How did you weather the clear dome?

Looks great!
Looks great... when using the black paint.. did it bleed into the compartments that open or did you skip doing those??
