You spend the time making another video and keep taking care of what you need to take care of and who you need to take care of.

As being a caregiver for my parents till their last breath, my father in law until the last week of his life because he wanted to go home to die, and now my mother in law, people have no idea the struggle until they've walked in those shoes. Self care is nearly non existent. Alone time is very rare. You never get the chance to just go do what you want to when you're doing it by yourself. The only time we should be looking down at someone is when we're reaching out a hand to help lift them up. I wish people could get that. We all bleed the same. I admire you that you are even able to make videos! Life is short and learning something new every day is a treasure. Some people sadly won't realize that until it's too late.
Amen you had a great message. People do not realize that major illness is not like a cold or flu you don’t get over it. It doesn’t go away. It’s an every minute matter that situations change but remain the same been in a similar situation for ten years even friends don’t understand. Teresa I want to say bless you! I feel the day and age we're living in explains a lot. Jesus said in the last days the hearts of many will grow cold and that's why there's lack of compassion, helpfulness and learning in all areas. Many people anymore have very little attention spans. Cold hearts because it's all about self ( me me me). All we can do is follow Jesus teaching, the greatest commandment is love God with all you heart, soul and mind and love your neighbor as yourself. You're a blessing for Jr and all who know you Teresa, thank you for your love and compassion for others. I wholeheartedly agree with you, we don't need a building to seek and worship the LORD God. We are His temple and He dwells within us every moment of everyday, we are His church. Sole caretakers are do so much but get no real help, even if services are available. There are a lot of women in this role. Bless you for doing this. And kudos to you for having your priorities straight. I was the sole caretaker of my cousin for ten years, while holding down a job and running a business, both from home. The kids were grown by then. My DH helped a lot with chores and the business. But he couldn't be alone with my cousin. In her dementia she was deathly afraid of men. My sister was able to give me four hours a week of respite. Eventually we had to place her in a women only nursing facility, but the caretaker role was still a large part of our lives. Her recent passing left me in a place where I'm trying to figure out how I want to live. Turning off the mental caretaker mode in the brain is harder than I thought.
Bless you, dear Lady! And bless you to those commenters that are also caregivers! I know it is a tough job! I'm a caregiver/ doula for my 83 year old neighbor. The mental exhaustion is real. The physical exhaustion we can remedy, the mental exhaustion and the stress is harder. Thank the creator for healing herbs! I drink Tulsi tea every morning before I start the gentleman's breakfast. Lavender and Chamomile are also my best friends in dealing with the stress and mental tiredness. Time in Nature is a daily ritual that is a must for the caregiver as well as the one being cared for. I am thankful to have recently found you. I have been on this journey of natural education for about 10 years and you have answered almost ALL the questions I have had about specific herbs through your vids. Almost every other “educator” has refused to touch those questions. I value you. And also I can empathize with caregiving in a very deep way. Bless your heart. I understand some of what you're going through, yours is much greater. My husband on May 18th had a heart attack, died and when they got him back had several strokes. Then Aug 28th had a quadruple bypass. No one really understands what it takes to take care of all his needs, we are very blessed in that he can walk though his balance is a bit messed up but it's getting better, and he is able to feed himself. It's difficult to understand what he's trying to say but we laugh together and eventually i understand it or we just move on. For 40 yrs he's the one who worked, he took care of all the bills and any paperwork, he said i had my own job raising our 4 babies and the house, gardening, picking on halves etc. However now I'm having to do those things, and that has been a challenge. I'm up and down all night taking his bp to make sure it's not too high or low. Constantly aware of whether his sugar monitor is telling me his sugar is too high or too low., giving him his insulin shots and worry if I've given him the right dose. I'm a home body but now i do all the driving, Dr appointments, running to the social security office etc. This of course doesn't sound like much but I'm trying hard not to write a book... Just the over view. I reckon i said all that to say, i agree with you, folk need to be patient, courteous, and quit wanting information just handed to them when they sure enough could figure it out for themselves through research. I hope and pray things get better for you and your husband. ❤️

Being a 24/7 caregiver is more than a full-time job! UA-cam is a full-time job as the channel grows. Giving your knowledge out freely is appreciated by many, I'm sure. It had no questions as far as I recall😂 People today want everything instantly😢 everyone who watches has acces to the web and can research most questions on their own!!!!! Not willing? Too bad! The weight of the world can get to be to much. I do understand. I was a part time caregiver for a young person what was quad on a ventilator. My eyes were quite opened to the plight of the family and the time it takes to be a caregiver let alone doing it all by yourself. Thankyou for your time teaching here on you tube. Sorry I haven’t commented before. To much on my plate but I have stopped in to learn from you as I search for information. I appreciate your knowledge. I’ll try to comment even if it’s a thumbs up cause I know your channel benefits from it. Didn’t know all your going through. Sorry life is overwhelming for you. I understand exhaustion way too well so I’ll lift you up in prayer. God sees you and so those of us who pray can lift you up for extra sleep and relief in some fashion. The Bible says not to neglect the meeting of the body but if there’s no time for you to get away, God understands. If Christian’s there dont come along side of you to give a hand, then they aren’t fulfilling good works and I’m not saying good works gets you to heaven, I’m just saying that’s proof of your heart snd a willingness to follow the Lords teaching to help one another. So you are helping people right where you are with what you have. Blessings, I know your so busy but try to take at least one verse a day and meditate on it. Read it to your loved one too. My daddy moved north, when he was young for work, but we spent our summers on my grandparents’ farm in Tennessee. I also was a caregiver. I took care of my daddy the last 3 years of his life. I know it must be hard to for everything into your day. You probably don't have anytime for yourself. I'm sure Junior is grateful for having such a good woman by his side. You are awesome Teresa and I'm so sorry that some people have to be so cold and uncaring. Compassion and empathy are a must. Me, myself, and I are the best army you can have. A little help once in a while is a god send. Lately my health has fallen some and if it wasn't for help of a select army of one I would be in a home somewhere. My Uncle Joe drops off food for me and picks a quart of fresh soup for me. He's 80 years old. My good friend is 73. She does errands and feeds my animals every day. Recently I fell and I couldn't get up. Sounds funny but when you can't get up it's not. My good friend and two of my neighbors came and helped get me off the ground. I was the youngest at 70. The next evening around supper time I drove myself to the hospital. I figured they never keep anyone so they will fix me and send me home. Well 16 days later they let me go home. Bad lower legs, left ankle issues that put me into a boot and left knee that I can't put no weight on it. The left knee needs to be replaced but the doc can't cause the lower legs issues. I don't know how you are getting anything done. Keep drinking coffee and your stubborn quality will get you through. God bless you. I have a few friends that keep me in their prayers which is greatly appreciated. Jr. looks better than when released from the hospital. You are doing what you have to and the critics must have the most perfect life or have no life. Love you dearly friend.
I was so thrilled when you popped up in my news feed. People want to be spoon fed these days amd it's ridiculous!!! I spent 35 years at the bedside as an RN so heart goes out to you. Wished I was closer so I could help you. My moma had Alzheimers and passed at 82 yrs. It's beyond difficult. People if your so impatient, then go find another chanmel to follow that will meet your needs. Universal law will catch up with you unkind people. Teresa block the jerks amd assholes!!! Teresa you are a valuable piece of education we need to learn from. I appreciate you so much. These kids need to do a real research paper like we did in the 1970s!!!! Yes and Stand Your Ground! Agree 100%. There is a world of difference between being 'religious minded' and being spiritual minded. No offence to those who are religious ( I used to be one... was taught one of those 'other gospels' until the Most High opened my eyes to that is not of Him or His calendar...) but there is much zeal without knowledge going on. God is perfectly capable to make Himself known to a soul (2 Chron. 16:9) without anyone's help. Remember Helen Keller? She knew God way before they tried to 'teach her' about Him. It is HOLY GROUND, folks. Respect that boundary of another's beliefs and practices. Fear God and live. Reflect His character. Know that you DON'T KNOW anything!!! (We are not God) "Righteousness without Love makes us hard. Faith without Love makes us fanatical. Power without Love makes us brutal. Duty without Love makes us peevish. Orderliness without Love makes us petty." God IS Love... (His definition of ... not our's.)

Teresa I want to say bless you! I feel the day and age we're living in explains a lot. Jesus said in the last days the hearts of many will grow cold and that's why there's lack of compassion, helpfulness and learning in all areas. Many people anymore have very little attention spans. Cold hearts because it's all about self ( me me me). All we can do is follow Jesus teaching, the greatest commandment is love God with all you heart, soul and mind and love your neighbor as yourself. You're a blessing for Jr and all who know you Teresa, thank you for your love and compassion for others. I wholeheartedly agree with you, we don't need a building to seek and worship the LORD God. We are His temple and He dwells within us every moment of everyday, we are His church. Sole caretakers are do so much but get no real help, even if services are available. There are a lot of women in this role. Bless you for doing this. And kudos to you for having your priorities straight.
I was the sole caretaker of my cousin for ten years, while holding down a job and running a business, both from home. The kids were grown by then. My DH helped a lot with chores and the business. But he couldn't be alone with my cousin. In her dementia she was deathly afraid of men. My sister was able to give me four hours a week of respite. Eventually we had to place her in a women only nursing facility, but the caretaker role was still a large part of our lives. Her recent passing left me in a place where I'm trying to figure out how I want to live. Turning off the mental caretaker mode in the brain is harder than I thought.
Bless you, dear Lady! And bless you to those commenters that are also caregivers! I know it is a tough job! I'm a caregiver/ doula for my 83 year old neighbor. The mental exhaustion is real. The physical exhaustion we can remedy, the mental exhaustion and the stress is harder. Thank the creator for healing herbs!
I drink Tulsi tea every morning before I start the gentleman's breakfast. Lavender and Chamomile are also my best friends in dealing with the stress and mental tiredness.
Time in Nature is a daily ritual that is a must for the caregiver as well as the one being cared for.

I have been on this journey of natural education for about 10 years and you have answered almost ALL the questions I have had about specific herbs through your vids. Almost every other “educator” has refused to touch those questions. I value you. And also I can empathize with caregiving in a very deep way. Bless your heart. I understand some of what you're going through, yours is much greater. My husband on May 18th had a heart attack, died and when they got him back had several strokes. Then Aug 28th had a quadruple bypass. No one really understands what it takes to take care of all his needs, we are very blessed in that he can walk though his balance is a bit messed up but it's getting better, and he is able to feed himself. It's difficult to understand what he's trying to say but we laugh together and eventually i understand it or we just move on. For 40 yrs he's the one who worked, he took care of all the bills and any paperwork, he said i had my own job raising our 4 babies and the house, gardening, picking on halves etc. However now I'm having to do those things, and that has been a challenge. I'm up and down all night taking his bp to make sure it's not too high or low. Constantly aware of whether his sugar monitor is telling me his sugar is too high or too low., giving him his insulin shots and worry if I've given him the right dose. I'm a home body but now i do all the driving, Dr appointments, running to the social security office etc. This of course doesn't sound like much but I'm trying hard not to write a book... Just the over view.
I reckon i said all that to say, i agree with you, folk need to be patient, courteous, and quit wanting information just handed to them when they sure enough could figure it out for themselves through research. I hope and pray things get better for you and your husband. ❤️

The weight of the world can get to be to much. I do understand. I was a part time caregiver for a young person what was quad on a ventilator. My eyes were quite opened to the plight of the family and the time it takes to be a caregiver let alone doing it all by yourself.

The Bible says not to neglect the meeting of the body but if there’s no time for you to get away, God understands. If Christian’s there dont come along side of you to give a hand, then they aren’t fulfilling good works and I’m not saying good works gets you to heaven, I’m just saying that’s proof of your heart snd a willingness to follow the Lords teaching to help one another.

Hello Theresa, it's been a while since I commented. I've been quite occupied with health issues. You and Junior are in my thoughts and prayers. You have the strength of a conqueror. I know it must be hard to for everything into your day. You probably don't have anytime for yourself. I'm sure Junior is grateful for having such a good woman by his side. You are awesome Teresa and I'm so sorry that some people have to be so cold and uncaring. Compassion and empathy are a must. If they don't have it, they are in the wrong channel because I know you have an abundance of it. Thinking of you Momma Owl. I'm a silent subscriber for now but I'll be back to participate soon. Me, myself, and I are the best army you can have. A little help once in a while is a god send. Lately my health has fallen some and if it wasn't for help of a select army of one I would be in a home somewhere. My Uncle Joe drops off food for me and picks a quart of fresh soup for me. He's 80 years old. My good friend is 73. She does errands and feeds my animals every day. Recently I fell and I couldn't get up. Sounds funny but when you can't get up it's not. My good friend and two of my neighbors came and helped get me off the ground. I was the youngest at 70. The next evening around supper time I drove myself to the hospital. I figured they never keep anyone so they will fix me and send me home. Well 16 days later they let me go home. Bad lower legs, left ankle issues that put me into a boot and left knee that I can't put no weight on it. The left knee needs to be replaced but the doc can't cause the lower legs issues. I don't know how you are getting anything done. Keep drinking coffee and your stubborn quality will get you through. God bless you. I have a few friends that keep me in their prayers which is greatly appreciated. Jr. looks better than when released from the hospital. You are doing what you have to and the critics must have the most perfect life or have no life. Love you dearly friend.

Wished I was closer so I could help you. My moma had Alzheimers and passed at 82 yrs. It's beyond difficult. Yes and Stand Your Ground! Agree 100%. There is a world of difference between being 'religious minded' and being spiritual minded. No offence to those who are religious ( I used to be one... was taught one of those 'other gospels' until the Most High opened my eyes to that is not of Him or His calendar...) but there is much zeal without knowledge going on. God is perfectly capable to make Himself known to a soul (2 Chron. 16:9) without anyone's help. Remember Helen Keller? She knew God way before they tried to 'teach her' about Him. It is HOLY GROUND, folks. Respect that boundary of another's beliefs and practices. Fear God and live. Reflect His character. Know that you DON'T KNOW anything!!! (We are not God) "Righteousness without Love makes us hard. Faith without Love makes us fanatical. Power without Love makes us brutal. Duty without Love makes us peevish. Orderliness without Love makes us petty." God IS Love... (His definition of ... not our's.)
