    I love hominy. I prefer yellow hominy. That's what my mama always served when I was little. Sometimes I can find canned hominy at the local grocery stores. I will have see if I can find the dried hominy in the bags. I didn't know they sold it like that. Thank you for sharing.

    I love hominy. I always have even as a child. I like the dry and canned kind. I don’t care if it’s lye soaked. It is some of the most useful stuff ever. I buy it dry from a Mexican store locally, and cook it or just get the cans of cooked hominy.

    Oh wow , I love me some hominy! My grandmother used to can it. I didn't like it then but I do now. I settle for the canned stuff from wm. Reasonable substitute for me😂

    Looking forward to your recipe Do you have any tricks to keeping weevils out of food stuffs I've tried cleaning it up and it's just gotten worse every year!
