Austro-Hungarian Empire, started in 1867 and ended in 1918. Very instructive and beautiful, these lots! Thanks!

I´m fighting with Hungarian stamps. I like some of the old ones and I also have some from Austria used in Hungary. At that time it was normal and especially from Buda and Pesth and Arad are quite common. You can find Austrian stamps cancelled in many Balkan countries and even Egypt/Turkey and Palestine. Regarding the imperforated: They were made for collectors. I´m not a big friend of all stamps from Hungary later 1940. I own some and especially the normal perforated are cheap and easy to get. A typical Eastern Europe stamp country with way too many stamps. May be it get more popular in the future like the Romanian stamps. I know some people looking for them.
