My birth certificate has some problems so can i apply gks without it???
Hlo sister
Our academic transcript of class 12 provided by NEB is in English but the date of birth of student is written in B.S ( not A.D), Shall we go with this or get it notarised?
Next thing
We don't have certificate of graduation but we have provisional certificate, can we submit this provisional certificate or what should we have to do? While asking with NEB personnel they are telling to provide certificate of graduation only after 6 month of graduation...
Waiting for your reply soon

What does CGPA mean, Is it same as GPA or not , and if not, how can we convert gpa to cgpa? And I've prepared my docs like mark sheet, certificate of SEE and Transcript, migration and Provisional of +2 , and has translated my citizenship along with of my parent , Is it enough to sent to University?
CGPA stands for Cumulative Grade Point Average. It's a measure of a student's overall academic performance, calculated by taking the average of the grade points earned in all courses completed. It helps universities and employers assess a student's academic achievements. It's usually on a scale of 0 to 4, with 4 being the highest. And CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) and GPA (Grade Point Average) are similar but not exactly the same. GPA typically refers to the average of a student's grades in a single semester or academic year, while CGPA encompasses the average of all the grades earned throughout the entire academic program. So, while they're related, CGPA gives a broader picture of overall academic performances. And Sounds like you've taken all the necessary steps to gather your documents but It's always a good idea to double-check everything to make sure they're correct and meet the requirements set by GKS. Good luck with your application!
@millieso630 Hello, I wanted to know the probability of Business major from Uni track. Do you have any idea?
@@hemagurung4742 Like what?
@@millieso630I mean the probability of getting selected for the scholarship as I don't really have good grade, I just meet the min requirement (11-2.89&12-3.08, cgpa: 2.98 out of 4 isn't it?) I don't have any language proficiency for now, I'm going to appear ielts in Oct 7 but I think I will be late or might not be able to submit my result to Uni and for Business major I gotta choose Regional Uni where there is only 1 seat which can still be occupied by Eng/Sciences. So I'm looking for genuine suggestion on whether I should try or not.
@@hemagurung4742 Here's what I can suggest, Like you said you don't have good grades in class 12th and you don't have a language proficiency certificate yet, it might be challenging to meet the requirements for this year's application. For GKS you need 80% or above ya You have to be the top 20% student of your class then you may apply. however, it's important to consider all the factors, such as the time investment and cost of the application process but if you want to apply I will suggest you to do not apply through University track, You could consider applying through the embassy track and focus on strengthening your application with extracurricular activities certificates. you don't have any language proficiency for now, and your IELTS exam is in October and it will be too late I think. So, It's totally depends upon you if you want to apply now or next year. Once again let me remind you it can be time-consuming and costly and now it's up to you that what feels right. Do what feels right for you! Good luck!
How many of you are applying, let's connect
Hello I am also thinking to apply for the GKS so how can I contact you I need some help regarding the gks application process I think you could help me.

Is studying medicine in South Korea under GKS worth and can we get opportunity to work there after graduation?
There is no such possibility of studying medicine under this scholarship
@@Agri_dibu But , in the form medicine is written
@@anotherworld6686Only Seoul National University is the university that medicine is taught in this scholarship and it is very difficult to get selected in that college through GKS. It's really highly competitive but nothing is impossible, if you want to then give it a try But keep a backup plan because it is very difficult.
@@millieso630 What is the probability for A+ holder applicant?
@@anotherworld6686 Seoul National University attracts top-notch students from around the world. If you have the intelligence and determination to compete with the best. Being an A+ holder still puts you in a competitive position. It's important to remember that selection processes consider various factors, such as academic achievements, personal statements, and interviews. So, you still has a chance to shine but remember Seoul National University is indeed highly competitive. So, keep a back-up plan for you. If you want ask more information, feel free to ask.

Where can we translate our citizenship or birth certificate and also is there any services to consul the documents so that we don't have to visit office to office?
First in notary office and then consular authentication
@@Agri_dibu Do wee need to send our translated citizenship or just original citizenship without translation?
