  • The story of Moses Coulee is a tale of two canyons. Geologists believe the canyon was created by Ice Age floods just 16,000 years ago - but the ghostly hanging valleys on the canyon walls tell a different story.

    Excellently explained. Thank you for the scientific explanation.
    And by the way: The Bible is not a history book! It does not provide absolute dates and figures. But the earth itself tells its story! Qualified and quantified!

    Thank you. I learned something, and it was easy because your presentation was about only a few basic things--I just watched another video on Moses Coulee and got lost because so much was covered at one time. You are appreciated.

    When you go hiking here, do it in Springtime! (Or Winter) Summers there can be brutal and you may encounter heat / dehydration stress.

    I live in Rock Island and like to explore Moses Coulee as it has easy access. I was curious about how Moses Coulee got it's name and discovered it was named after Chief Moses.
    Do you know where his tribe lived in the Coulee? This just makes Moses Coulee even more interesting to explore.

    Nick have you ever stepped back and considered the fact that the results from Noah's Great World Flood waters receding had caused those results you are looking at right now?? Do not be too proud of your career that you leave God out of your earths stories!!

    • @swirvinbirds1971
      @swirvinbirds1971 Рік тому +1

      Couldn't be as a global flood would cover much more than these floods did. The water erosion levels would make zero sense.

    • @Poppageno
      @Poppageno Рік тому +1

      Impossible @paulthomas2337, the Earth wasn't made when these floods happened(according to the Bible). The Earth is only 6000yo and the floods at least 11,500yo.
