Some of these should have gotten a count instead of a stoppage. Boxing is too tame compared to many other fighting styles.

He was winning the fight up until the knockdown. The least you can do is give him a chance to weather the storm after the knockdown. It was only 15 seconds left in the round. Throwing in the towel there was completely wrong. Very disappointing!
