they look good they will come together better the more black accents installed on exterior you could have also did them white so they wouldnt contrast so much with exterior color but ur doing black rocker covers so they will blend nicely just my 2 cents im currently also doing a 81 cj-5 resto but i have to deal with previous owner using tan rynoline as exterior paint of choice :(

On the Jeep....yeah, the Jeep! 😁 I never seen one wrap around the rear fender like that. 👍 Is that custom fabbed? 5:30 If it's a Renegade I say it should be black. If it's a Laredo...chrome. (Did they make a Laredo trim in 81?) Buuut, white would look good too. 🤔

The rear bumper is an old Runck bumper that was on the jeep when I got it
From the trim tag I figured out it was originally Olympia or Olympic white with blue Levi’s interior

@@davidst.laurent2631 about 30 minutes because it already had the factory holes. If you are marking and drilling holes probably 90min to 2hrs
