You can check the roasted crispy pork belly in some Chinese restaurants. It's popular like roasted duck :)
Looks so good. Just wondering if you can make this all in one day because it says the “day after” the seasoning? How long do you have to wait if you do it all the same day?
Hi, if you want to eat it in the same day, you can brush vinegar on the skin, then leave it in the fridge for 30 mins, then take it out and apply again. I recommend applying it 5 times to make sure the skin is totally dry. I've not tried it, but I think it works ;) Let me know later how it turns out!

I think it works but never try. But the temp must be different because oven have more space than air fryer 😊

Vâng được bạn ạ, nhưng sẽ phải set nhiệt độ và thời gian khác, vì không gian lò nướng sẽ lớn hơn nồi chiên không dầu. Nhưng về cơ bản cách làm da heo giòn thì vẫn y vậy 😋. Bạn chỉ cần lưu ý ở lần nướng 2, nhiệt độ cao để ép da heo nổ là được ☺️ bạn làm thành công thì cho mình hay với nhá 😆

Hiiii, thanks for watching! Sorry for the misunderstanding. Normally, to make it crispy, people use tons of salt and put them on the skin. I use salt just to season the meat a little bit :)
