It’s the same here in San Antonio. Always remember though brotha. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Enjoy your surroundings and admire the beauty of it.
I'd like to see a video of using live minnows at ponds you've fished before and see your hook up ratio. Olsens sales big minnows. First pond you passed on, we've sleighed it on minnows even giving some to dad son fishing so they could catch some and get photo ops;-)
Bro we can we link up? I'm in the DFW! I mostly fish Joe Pool, Grapevine, Trinity, and Lewisville. All of the ponds in Arlington, Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Dallas, and Ft. Worth are over fished hard-core
I do the same thing with the current hot pond or creek. I'll hit the same place over and over as long as its producing, then the moment I get skunked I give it a break. Now that its cooled down its time for slab fishing. I've been hitting the Trinity for big slab crappie. Today I caught about 20 crappie total and 5 were good size 14 incher slabs.
@@thesouthwes I bank fish, but a kayak would make things so much easier. Now that the water is cooling down, all the shad are moving right up the banks and the crappie and bass are following them. Each of the days I've been going I can see activity all along the banks.
Facts about FishBrain! There's a spot in Terrell, Texas called Ben Gill Lake that has tons of catches but nothing big. But I went there and pulled out a 6lber and 5lber!!! What's your Instagram, and we need to go fish together. I be wanting to drive out to small country town ponds

Good ole San Antonio. I fished a big park down there a couple of times, but I can’t remember the name. Thanks for watching!
Dfw has to be the one of the most pressured fishing regions in the us. Insane
Crazy how long it’s been since DFW has gotten rain. Lots of ponds are super low.
Yeah we went from some brief flooding to no rain… lots of ponds had fish kills this summer too
Man!! 14k subscribers! Congrats dude.
It’s a mediocre achievement at best
Thanks man!

Crappie sounds fun! Especially when you can catch them like that! Do you bank fish or kayak fish for them on the Trinity?
