I think the only moves that seem overtuned with Feng are tornado kick during heat and b3. His lows and launchers have been universally nerfed: d2 doesn't kd on ch for a mini combo and has reduced range, db3 is more steppable, d1+2 (old 2~12) doesn't launch, 241 doesn't get follow up on ch, ss4 has reduced launch range, qcf1+2 is now 0 on block, f1+2 doesn't launch, his approach is still weak and his ch game is not that exceptional, he doesn't have nearly as many spammable strings, and he is very weak to SSL. fc df4 mixups, ws13, tornado, and b3 are his biggest buffs. But in a game with characters like Dragunov, Ling, DJ, King, Azucena, and Jun I don't think Feng stands out as overtuned. If they reduced b3 to +3 on block, and reduce the range / increase heat consumption for tornado, I don't see what else could be considered "overtuned". I also think some OP characters are flying under the radar, particularly Lili. Yoshi, Paul, Jin, and Law are no joke either. Anakin was showing some pretty ridiculous bs with Jack against Arslan; and Victor is still an extremely cheap character. Feng has the highest win rate, yes, but the spread from #1 to #20 is marginal (3%-5%). And at the end of the day, tournament placement will show Feng's potential. I have not seen Feng in any serious top 8 placements so far, and other than Joka and Sunchip I haven't seen many pro players main him. He was everywhere in T7 tournaments.

Feng is probably more on the higher end of average in terms of ease of use tbh. There are way more brain dead characters than him. Regardless, in the right hands, he's fucking crazy strong
Normally spamming the b3 knee should get you side stepped and launched. Feng is very strong for sure, he could do with some nerfs but you could make a similar video even with Bryan, Paul or Kazuya obliterating opponents in 10 seconds using pressure and repeated patterns. The thing with nerfing is that no matter how many nerfs you make, there will always be a few characters that will stand above the rest. If the nerfs are heavy handed, the end result is everyone will play the same 4-5 characters in the end. I really like your channel and videos since years but whilst I agree with you that Tekken 8 is not well balanced, I do not think that nerfing a few chars will fix the fundamental issue of T8. I think the main problem with Tekken 8 is how defending has been weakened ( less counter hits) and frames on block too good overall for most chars, coupled with heat being too long and too strong and throws catching sidesteps. My opinion is they should focus on balancing the core mechanics first because as it is the game is less tactical and too much oriented towards offence/pressure.

Whorang press 2 or 3 buttons and have access to like 6 carrying kick strings. Feng has great arsenal and only a few annoying moves if someone spams. Feng is not brain dead. Lol. He has a very good move set but he is definitely not a character you can just pick up and mash with. You need a new phrase for characters who you think are easier to play than Kazuya and Jin. Haha
