I just got this machine and can’t get my embossing folders to work no matter what combination I try- it either is too big and won’t run through the marching or too small and doesn’t create enough pressure. Any ideas?

I bought this and the first time I used it (I run my own crafting business) it went out of alignment and the plates got totally mangled at 1 side and the platforms underneath too. I now have plates that can cut me as they are so damaged but I cannot afford to buy another machine and I haven't been able to purchase just plates and platforms, I keep asking for help, please help me......thank you

Sorry but I found this demo a complete waste of my time, as a novice user I wanted to listen to what I should use in order but there is no sound except annoying music and the speed at which the lady goes doesnt help to identify the plates etc.... please remake so people can understand the process....thank you
