I love this book! Great conversation, guys! Kebetulan I came across Dr Zahurin's sharing of the video from LinkedIn and it was a really nice discussion to listen to while working. The part about the leadership style intrigues me. My family members are mostly businessmen and it's fascinating to see that they are indeed quiet and reserved and never really take credit for the company's achievements, but when it's needed, they will rise up with their "hidden charisma" to take charge. I make a comparison with my ex-boss who likes to put his employees down and talk big about his achievements. And the results don't lie - for each month I was there, an average of TWO employees resigned. Being humble, quiet and shy doesn't mean that they cannot lead a big organisation with charisma. It's like "sekecil kecil cili api" 🤣
