Ministry is not all glitz & glamour. There are some good days & some bad days. Ministry brings highs and lows, joy & pain, strength & agony, it's a plethora of emotions & seasons. So many see the outside finish product but never know the real pain & closeted moments of the process. Listen, as Dr. Wesley teaches from the story of the anonymous group of men who brought a blind man to Jesus to be healed & Jesus touched him twice. Let this message bless you!

Such a powerful sermon. Speaks volumes. He taught and preached the truth about ministry. He’s right it isn’t all peaches and cream, there are times you wonder what you signed up for? Many times you ask God why? When your only to the work of the Lord and people treat you any kind of way. But I love how you told the story about your son and him saying Daddy do it again. What a way to close because we all need the reminder to ask God to do it again. To me this is the true calling because in spite of it all you’re still wanting to continue, pressing toward the mark of the high calling. Longing to hear the Lord say, well done thy good and faithful servant. God bless you Sir.

This is a Great example of Religion and Not Righteousness. If Any man come after Jesus, let Him First deny Himself. There is Only ONE vision in the kingdom of GOD and it belongs to GOD. We are helpers WITH GOD to achieve GOD'S vision. "They" brought the man to the ONE they KNEW had Already, Healed people before they ever came... Notice in Religion, the one seeking healing, Always want to be healed on Their own terms. No humility. Examine this, that the Spit from the the LORD, Is GREATER and More Powerful, than the BEST thing Man can Offer.. Humble people say, Lord, Spit on me Always if need be, that I may be made into the image and likeness of Your Son. See people, the Tree is going to measured by the Fruit it produces, Not by the fertilizer that was used to produce the Fruit........ Believe Only the Son that the FATHER has Sent....

As a seminary student and a pastor of a church ⛪️ Jamal Bryant is one of the worst teachers ever, and has a horrible lifestyles that is so worldly and disgusting.!! People will follow anyone that sounds good and no substance.!!

The Black church has in a sense been "trained" to shout about everything even if it's not theologically sound. A lot of Black preachers will say words in their sermon like "y'all must be on the slow bus," or "y'all ain't shouting as good as I'm preaching" as if to say that the only way to affirm this message is not to internalize it and let it "prepare the saints for the work of the church", but just shout because I said with a certain time of voice. Don't ask questions at all. Those be those same church folk who leave churches like that and go to the restaurant and act a fool and make all the workers not want to be Christians.
