My life has been enriched dramatically since I've been listening to Dr. Wesley's messages.

This message remains me of being a little girl at the age of 10. I was a member of Goodwill Baptist Church. Where I first learned or felt the act of love through giving. Can you imagine, the only one in my family at that time going to church hearing about trips they where having and I wanting to go but not sure if my parents would have the money for me to go. But before I got home to ask my ticket was already paid for. Then to attend Goodwill Christian Academy and needing to get uniforms then you get a delivery through the mail informing me that someone in the church brought them. And it wasn't that my parents couldn't afford it. (I literally had the best of everything from them and it was 8 of us) it was just that God had touch the hearts of ppl to see that I didn't need to ask my parents. Because of their act of generosity that was bestowed upon me (It had made such an impact on my life) that I too give to others. God is truly AMAZING! Pastor Wesley you are ABSOLUTLEY correct we have to do something and all I ask of God is that He use me as He sees fit. I've to have been in the wilderness. But God! Prayer works. Awesome Word.
Be sure to share this testimony often. We were poor and my parents gave out of their lack to others and God blessed them for it up until their deaths. Seeing that made me realized my income does not determine how much I can give or how often but God is faithful when we sow unto others.
@@valeriejones3808 absolutely. I even open my home up to foster children (for ten years) because of the love that was shown to me even when I didn't need it. God was just developing me and I am so thankful, didn't understand it then but do now. We serve a Mighty Good God. Can't tell you just this morning paying my tithes online to give what is required of me to perhaps help someone else. I always loved to give because It could be me or my children in need one day. Praising God always from Whom ALL blessings flow.
Thank you for sharing your testimony. Our Mother often gave to others while raising her family. She was a seamstress and could sew almost anything. So she sewed a lot of our clothes and made dresses for others. Her generosity opened the doors for so many. Thank you for sharing your blessings with others 🙏🏾

This is seriously the BEST sermon I’ve heard all year!! 🙌🏼 The accuracy in every word Pastor Wesley said, Praise God!! My heart wasn’t just moved, the spirit within me leaped for joy. I don’t think I’ve ever shouted, clapped, and yelled Yes! And Amen! In my life. I pray to be like the little boy, and use what God has blessed me with to feed and love those in need, in Jesus name.

Great Message. True gospel is connected to making sure the people are not hungry when you tell them about Christ. Sometimes l wonder if people really understand the gospel of Jesus Christ... it's all about giving...it's about sacrifice...you are not blessed to take care of your family alone.
Amen! The more we are blessed with the more we should be giving. We are blessed to bless others. Let's love Gods people!!

New to Alfred Street sermons. Profound. What is the church belief on women's rights and abortion? (i'm kind of confused from the sermon)
@UCimf7MfA6PLIYJy1z7mofeg yeah, that's where I was going. The church should be 1000% against murder(abortion). I believe the Word should challenge our hearts and minds towards immigrants, but we also have laws to respect our government. My last point is that while Jesus cared and fed the 5000, He also brought that Word.
He’s preaching about feeding today. Continue to listen, open your heart to learn. Does your church preach about abortion and women’s rights? Have a relationship with God and maybe he’ll call you to preach to the mass of people what He wants you to teach and preach about. Be Blessed

@@pn3678 My church preaches against abortion/murder as laid out in scripture. I have a strong relationship with the Lord and have been called by Him for over 4 decades. I am not confused as to what the pastor is preaching, but "why?".

He sure did leave out that last words of that verse from 2 Chronicals 7:14 - "If My people will humble themselves and pray and seek my face, AND TURN FROM THEIR WICKED WAYS......then I will hear from heaven, then forgive sin, and heal land."
He doesnt speak much about how all of us as believers need to examine ourselves and our deeds and turn from our past life of sins. We shouldn't be turning a blind eye to our own sins, should we??
