I saw the facade of the house and I was like aarrggh!!! Nothing much to expect but was pleasantly proved wrong by the inside... The amount of space and the quality of finishes is top tier... I know I'm a man but that kitchen is goals hehe... And that closet idea in the primary bedroom is genius... I just don't see the essence of doors for closet spaces though but that's me. A beautiful frame and leaving it open is enough for me. Great house for sure and good job. Keep at it. PS: As for two beds in the primary bedroom, the only thing that looks like an extra bed that I will allow is a baby cot 🤣🤣🤣🤣....As for me and my wife, what God has put together no bed will put asunder let alone another room for that matter 😆😆. I made a fuss on your last video regarding putting islands in kitchens, which can sometimes to be counterproductive, especially when the kitchen is small or the design does not lend itself to same.They can constrain the space and restrict movement and traffic. The owner of this property got it right by not installing an island for the reasons stated above. Moreover, the kitchen has ample counter space.

Amazing property i cant seem to point one downside of the house! good exterior space , excellent finishes and how they play around with colors and finally got advice on having an extra bed in the primary bedroom courtesy of two senior batchelors!! amazing.
Wow beautiful house! They went all the way with the tiles. I want tiles on my rooftop too but my fundi says terrazzo is the best to avoid water leaks what do you think? Am in Meru. I like the light fixtures throughout the house. Love the primary bedroom (big) the garden and chicken coup is nice too! The windows are nice too, love the natural light. Even all the patio space is nice especially with the views! Just seems a bit narrow (house) I’d like a little wider space. Good content,as usual!
