I estimated based on the little experience I have in the small projects I have been involved with but based on your response, they went with a high end brand which means that price could easily shoot to 2-3.5 million without appliances and probably labour. I'm not a pro yet, but I'm learning.

It's like a bathroom where there is a drainage system if you look closely at the video. That's how flat roofs are done.
Hmm I see, water will still collect before draining off especially after heavy rain. It's something to ponder.
There's alot of solutions for this starting wit Terrazo, water proof membranes etc.
