I have tons of respect for you Emily and I don’t agree with some of WOACB’s ways of doing things, but I’m not that comfortable with this lean towards making it seem as though Tati is some poor innocent dove that’s been attacked!! She is far from innocent and I think she has every right to object to this treatment, but I think it’s important to point out how shady Tati has been herself; towards her ‘friend’ James Charles and all of the manipulative videos she has made trying to absolve herself of any responsibility for trying to RUIN HIS LIFE! And do t get me started on her & her husbands business dealings....
Katie Joy us still a HUMAN BEING!!! Let’s not laugh at her expense constantly...it seems pretty cruel to me! Maybe this just isn’t the channel for me!

@@fizzzzerrrr I understand what you're saying. I don't think she's coming at it from a place of Tati is innocent or that Tati will definitely win this case. The problem is that WOACB continues to do things that wreck her own legal case, whereas Tati is remaining silent. When Tati does do something, it will be scrutinized relative to the case, I'm sure. But really she is speaking mostly to the legal and factual side of things. But she's also said that Tati's videos could be brought up in court, so I do believe she has been pretty fair.

Get real. Neither of these women would win in a morality, honesty, or accountability contest. This lawsuit isn’t about who is the morally and ethically shittier of the two by popular opinion, but instead how one of them continuously and intentionally weaponized their platform - for reasons unknown - in a campaign to smear the others reputation, character, and livelihood by spreading malicious rumors, lies and misinformation in an alarming reckless way that has resulted in real world harm and damage to the other individuals and their business endeavors under the disgusting attempt to disguise those claims as facts. And all of this before the present damage control path of destruction the aggressor tried to wipe any evidence of despite direct legal order and council not to do so.

at this point they're schrodinger's texts, tbh. texts about tati in relation to KJ could exist - or they could not exist. tati's lawyer is probably just trying to cover all bases in case it comes out in trial that text messages are involved. doesn't necessarily mean KJ was/wasn't texting people about this. (not defending KJ, i hope tati and james sue her ass into the ground, but i'm just saying. this seems to be a relatively common legal thing, calling for preservation of literally any type of evidence, even if they don't have reason to believe at this point that such types of evidence exist.)

If she's texting her "source," they need access to see it since identifying the "source" was part of the lawsuit. They're covering their bases. And if they existed in text form, that's a juice piece. Your videos are so freaking interesting! Definitely my new binge... I’ve watched your other uploads about this case and then I went back to Tati’s last upload about the JC situation. She made numerous statements at the end that made me feel like she was alluding to this situation. “I feel like this was calculated,” “there’s so many people involved,” “I’m within the statute of limitations to being this to court,” “you don’t want to be on the wrong side of the truth.” I feel like this has all been brewing behind the scenes for over a year at least.
I agree. In her last video sense definitely said things that hinted that she had something brewing and to be fair, I understand her suing WACB/Katie. Some of the things WACB/Katie had said and done are just sold and pure madness

My theory is that the business partner has heavily relied on the statements of Katie and WOACB and therefore must be discredited for the Westbrook’s to fight the original lawsuit.

I’m a chef and know nothing about legal issues, but I would think common sense would be to not delete, cover up, or destroy evidence that will be used in a lawsuit. The fact that the Westbrooks’ lawyer emailed her lawyer, he confirmed he received it, and she still deleted evidence? That’s...something.

Also the fact that a lot of what she deleted was IN the lawsuit. It’s not even like the only things she deleted were videos or tweets she thought they hadn’t seen. Most of them were IN the lawsuit so they were obviously aware of them 😂

I've always gotten the impression that their business partner used information that she presented on her channel to build his case. I believe he (or someone he knows) saw her videos and found out about those other legal issues with everyone else. I also think that's why the Westbrooks are making a big deal about this at all. There are a ton of channels that have said way worse about them. She just came with evidence that is now being used against them.
I definitely don’t think that’s what triggered the current lawsuit, for a couple of reasons. 1. Tati has had problems with KJ/WOACB for a long time...KJ allegedly stalked and harassed people who knew Tati and James personally, to try and obtain private information about them. This allegedly included KJ contacting former employers, old neighbors, etc., and persistently asking personal questions about Tati/James. This invasion of privacy, and intrusion into their personal lives, bothered Tati more than the hateful commentary/badmouthing from other UA-camrs. 2. KJ is a relatively small UA-camr. I highly, HIGHLY doubt she had any “insider info” about Tati/James having legal problems with other people, that their business partner wasn’t already aware of. If KJ actually knew something, then lots of other people knew about it too...so she wouldn’t have had any exclusive information. The info she allegedly had on them would’ve already been “out there”, just not on UA-cam per se. Even IF KJ did know some top secret information (doubtful), the odds of Tati’s business partner stumbling onto KJ’s channel and finding that specific video are pretty slim. Again, she is a small-ish YTer, and she puts of dozens of videos per week. He may have taken advantage of KJ’s content to pad his case, but I would bet money that he already knew about everything she “reported”.
Watching this back today is funny as HELL🤣🤣🤣🤣

This lawsuit is very clearly a fishing expedition to see who is giving her info (obviously the business partner) and WHAT info over the course of discovery, to use in the lawsuit brought against them by the business partner. If they also actually win the suit, great, but the real purpose is getting discovery.

Just a side note: before James Westbrooks mother's death Tati stated multiple times in videos that James mother lived in Malibu and had a home there. They intially wanted to get married there before her death. (I no longer watch tati havent for years but did watch her during this period)

This behavior of deleting of all these various post on different social media platforms screams those post were exactly what the lawsuit claims. If, KJ truly felt she HAD NOT posted anything inappropriate why the mass delete sessions. She apparently must have changed her mind about her comments being ok because it was “FREE SPEECH”. ..... Ironically she is scrambling posting apologetic videos seeking redemption from multiple people that she mistreated due to her paranoia and lack of knowledge on how to treat other creators. Purely my opinion.
