Chargrilled oysters are such a delicacy; truly sumptuous. I grew up in Mississippi, we'd drive down to Orange Beach for mini vacations. Found a local spot, a pizza shack that served the best ever grilled oysters. They'd grill em first, then put mozzarella on top & popped them into a pizza oven until the cheese was bubbly...OMGosh. All I needed was hot sauce, maybe a cracker. Yours look delicious also, especially that BBQ sauce & green onions.
I made one of these tonight (one because I need a better knife for the rest) and can say it was very good! I see where you say people that don't even like oysters would like this. Thanks for the video!

There is a restaurant in Round Rock,Tx called Deck Hands oyster bar & man they make some Like these called la frontera oysters and they are amazing!! Always wanted to try making some & now I will. Awesome video
Your crew seem to be on point with the sound mixing though . Despite all that going on in the background we could hear you just fine. Don't you worry about filming more stuff outdoors in the future , its great .

Dang I'm trying these. Wonder about heating up the rock salt in a perforated grilling pan then putting the oysters on that for keeping them stable and all the juices contained? I guess an unshucked oyster at a good seafood counter will have no problems being bad?
Any issues with sediment in the oysters ? I shuck , Rinse the oyster and replace the oyster back in the shell. Then cook. Some of my guests are new to Oyster eating and I don’t want them to have a bad experience… Enjoy your videos. Copperhead!!! What !!!!

I believe if you put them on the grill for a couple of minutes they will open up a little so it helps you shuck them
