Didnt Adam just look like a kid waiting to open his xmas prezzies :-) Your cakes looked beautiful as always, love that you tell us that even someone as talented as yourself still has problem days re sugar paste etc, I feel better after a lil cry too sometimes you just have to bawl your eyes out or if your anything like me youd end up throwing something at the wall then youd end up with even more ruddy work!! xxx

I am sure that anyone who makes cakes to sell can certainly sympathise with the taking on more cakes as the extra money will be handy, and it seems a good idea at the time. It is always sods law that something goes wrong. Also the guilty feeling that cakes impact family life. It is handy to always have a cake maker friend who can step in if needs be. You are amazing, and your family are all so cute. Keep smiling xx

I am glad I am not the only one who puts baskets in my cupboard and arranges my food in categories the same as you have done. And yes the baskets are there for the same reason as yours. I would have to get a ladder to see what was on the top shelf otherwise. Great cakes. I was about the get the fish to slap you with until you said that one the last of the 3 cakes a week lol.
hahaha I try to put things high up I dont use often but its still a pain when you have to get the ladders out for it LOL

I had exactly the same issue with my sugar paste last week!! Total nightmare, everything was sticking to it!! Your cake was totally amazing, just love your honesty ! cakes can be so stressful but you always get it done. :-)
