This is something I’ve been overthinking a lot recently, probably even for the past few years. That’s why I’m writing this comment. What is the best way to develop a positive with (mild) acne? It really weakens my self confidence and hinders me wanting to go out and do something like meet other people. Also because I’m not providing “the best version of myself” so to speak. Not that I don’t want it but I feel as if I can only meet them when the acne breakout is over if that makes sense to you.

Type one decision: This decision is irreversible, it will have a huge impact on your life and it will decide a lot of things in the future, for example proposing or impregnating. Type two decision: This is a reversible decision, it will have a small impact and in a short period of time this will be of no importance anymore, for example replying to a girl or choosing your meal. I learned that if I get a type one decision, I will have to think good before I take action. If I get a type two decision then I shouldn’t waste my time overthinking it because it’s not that important, even if I make the wrong decision, it will have low to none impact on me.
