It's really hard to say. Since this bike make all it's power at the time, I don't find it trying to lift that much. At least the way I ride it. I find that turning the traction control down plays a big roll in the front lifting as well.
@@mzgarage Thanks for the reply Bud I just brought the 2024 MV 1000rr Assen I haven't ridden it yet its still at the dealers I got the BMW 1000R and RR competition as well and the wheel control is amazing it will let you get it up, under power and hold it there with flipping that's what I'm hoping the MV does as well
What is your experience with synchronizing trips? It always takes an extremely long time to synchronize a journey, is that also the case for you? ---> btw. Your videos are very helpful to better understand the MV menus...
Unfortunately, my experience is about what you described. I could never get them to pull over and when they did it speed was so slow it would have taken 8 hours. I did speak to the North American branch of MV tech support who told me it was being addressed, but this was in 2021, so it sounds like no progress has been made. I use the app Rever to track rides. It won't track any of the bike parameters, but it will distance, speed, elevation changes and what not.
Cool video. Thinking of swapping my 959 Panigale for a Brutale 800 RR (my neck and wrists can't take anymore of the Ducati!). Two things, I assume there's no fuel gauge? Something I am used to but would love one none the less! And the screen itself - in the video I can see the horizontal lines suggesting a low res, is that apparent when seeing it for real? Or is the video doing it a disservice? Cheers
Thanks! I want a Panigale V2 or Streetfighter V2 as well. This definitely has more of a relaxed seating position, but it is more aggressive than many other naked bikes. There is not fuel Guage, just a light that comes on when 4 liters remain. They way the screen looks in the video is from the camera; it is very sharp and responsive in person.
On the F3 I can change my ABS setting from S to R. Also when FLC is set to 1 the front wheel still comes up but will come back down. Tried this when using launch control.
Yea, I noticed that when I first got it. Even the manual says you can switch modes, but on the Brutale 800RR you can't. I believe its possible on the Brutale 1000RR
Just subscribed, fabulous information, as last a good MV source, I own E5 SV and E4 dragster . would love to see how software update is done through the App, I thought it was a dealer plug in only.
Does the display not change automatically from white to black when it’s day or night? The Ducati’s d that and didn’t know if MV does that as well. My 2012 Panigale 1199 did it.
awesome video. I have the 2016 dragster 800RR. I think it was the best year provided you upgraded the sprag and battery. All this electronics I don't in the new model I don't like too much but yeah, I still love your bike.... FLC lol... RBB rear brake bro... even still most people don't bring the front wheel high enough to need it by the time they can afford machines like this ;p
Thank you! Yea, you got that right. I dumped my MTO7 before I got the Brutale, now I just don't seem to have the urge to lift it up the front. I do love the electronics, though!
I am not aware of any automatic lap timing function. I believe you have to hit a button each lap. I use an app on my phone when I am at the gokart track with my grom which does pretty well.
Thanks for the video! I just delivery the bike with 100km, and the engine light on, do you know how to erase it? And also my cruise control and speed limit is not working😂
hey hi, I saw some videos (among other things from the Mv Agusta yt channel) where functions appear that are not seen in this video, and I wanted to ask you if you have an explanation (maybe they are functions included in an additional package, or they were introduced with a software update). For example, I saw the "navigator", "music control" and "received calls" functions (the names are not exactly these). I would be interested in the F3 Rosso and would like to know if these functions are present (sorry for my poor English, it's not my first language)
They are available, however I don't find them any easier than just using my phone. The MV app does not work well and I have my phone mounted right there so it's just easier for me to use the phone rather than having it pass through the bike.
Yea, it's bad. The recorder I used for the first and last part was not set up to my lav mic correctly (which I realized when I sat down to edit), so I had to take the audio from the camera which was across the room.
@@mzgarage ah, that's what it was. Great video mate, really like the overall design and performance of the brutale, wish there were more channel focused on them. (somehow mv agusta owners doesn't really like to upload to youtube, even worse if you're searching for the mv agusta rush)
Yea, this bike is so much fun, but it does have its quirks. You are right, not a lot of content on these bikes and yea even less on the Rush. I guess that's what you get when you have one of the few. When I was deciding on this bike last year, I could not find many videos on them especially with the newer Euro 5 models. I am going to start making more videos on mine to try and help out with the lack of content.
Oh yea, I forgot about that. Here is a link to the connectors I used. They match the connector on the bike. The NOCO charger uses its own proprietary connector and most chargers come with the SAE connector. I cut the plug off the charger and soldered one of these on. Just make sure you have the pos and neg correct, the wires going to the plug on the bike are not red and black. amzn.to/3TTN7KE
This Chanel is awfully underrated!
You have a very clear logic walking us through everything that new TFT system can do, subscribed !
Thank you! Very much appreciated!
Thank you! Better than the official tutorial!
Great video Man !! with the lift control off under real hard power dose it cut the power and with it on 1 do it stop the lift all together
It's really hard to say. Since this bike make all it's power at the time, I don't find it trying to lift that much. At least the way I ride it. I find that turning the traction control down plays a big roll in the front lifting as well.

The ABS setting is there if you install official the race ECU, then you can modify the abs settings and some other improvements
Interesting, I did not know the racing ECU would do that. Thanks!
@@mzgarage it’s because abs is necessary for EU regulations

Is there any oppoturnity to activate automatic lap timing? Like with a additional gps system?

I have just bought a dragster 800 rr. Is there also on the Dashboard a possibility to show the level of fuel ? I can not find this in the manual. Rg
Unfortunately, there is no fuel gauge on these bikes.
Did I miss it? Where can you see how much fuel you have remaining?
There is no fuel guage, you have to set the trip.
@@mzgarage I was hoping they'd add that feature with the newer TFTs, thanks for the response

That does not sounds good. I do now know anyway to get the check engine light off except for a dealer or someone that has the diagnostic tool.
hi everytime i enter my settings it immediately goes to headset trying to pair? i dont have a headset how do i stop it doing this
What settings are you trying to change?

Ehi man, how can you put the "rain" mode or the "sport" mode?
I see that your bike is always in "custom" mode
Hold down the ignition button while it running it will toggle through them.
How I can change mode from sport to race
You can do it in the menu system, or you can hold down the red ignition button while the bike is running, and it will cycle through the modes.
why did the beginning of the video sounds so bad compared to when you're zoomed in to the dash? didn't you used the same mic?
Yea, it's bad. The recorder I used for the first and last part was not set up to my lav mic correctly (which I realized when I sat down to edit), so I had to take the audio from the camera which was across the room.

I have two of these and my buddy has one as well, no complaints: amzn.to/3RSXcF3
Just make sure you have it set to the correct battery type
Am I going to need an adapter to plug that it straight to my motorcycle?

is it possible to retrofit this on a 2017 800rr dragster?
I would say no, but I am not MV.
no fuel gauge?
Nope!
No gas gage is disappointing
Yes, it is, but its common on these types of bikes.
