This seems like a beginner worldbuilding project, and consequently I would have a lot to critique, BUT -- I want to focus on just one very important point: you tell the Mice "colonized" a land, or the Rats "industrialized", or the Dragon Kingdom "expanded its army". That certainly is information, but is it interesting? You could use either anecdotes, historical events, scientific breakthroughs, political upheavals etc. to communicate the same information, but now it'd be 'palpable' and interesting. Like: "After Miguel Mouse was blown off course, he became the first person to discover etc. ..." "The Rattenreich had a district which already in ancient times had a high-concentration of water-powered facilities, but when coal was discovered, the region became a hotbed of industrialization. Furthermore, the government believed heavily in statist guided economical efforts, as contrasted by the Mice, which had a more laissez-faire approach in line with their more liberal disposition. The Rats could thus marshal the limited resources within their borders to build factories by decree, especially as crown prince Alois (a grey eminence of sorts) correctly foresaw the role machines would play in the future..." "The Dragon emperor had to wrest command of the South Eastern army -- the largest available to the nation -- from the caste of eunuchs that used them, officially, to quell rebellions, but actually served as the implement of power that kept power in the ministry/the clan the eunuchs belong to." Of course, these are somewhat wordy examples, but I needed to illustrate the principle, and I also think the audience wouldn't mind if the WB project is twice as long to read/watch if it's a richer-feeling world. If you can have the reader/watcher/player go "Fucking eunuchs at it again!" you have a winner. Something else has been a headscratcher while watching this: you cite rat forces being 500k strong and 100k perishing on the battlefields etc. Why didn't you use the opportunity to make this truly an animal-anthro-feeling worldbuilding project? Man, this lore was written by somebody who doesn't understand politics in the slightest. But I guess that's all right for a story about mice, rats, cockroaches and lizards.
Are we complaining about realism in a story about mice assisting lizards against lizard invaders who are supported by rats? While the mice are requesting the help of the cockroach Russians who used to oppress and enslave the rats? Besides the lore isn’t too unrealistic to my understanding. Although I could be wrong there.

Got to trick the peasantry.
I like the parallels between the FMR's invasion over Rattenreich to Austria's declaration of war when they sent the ultimatum to the Serbs.
Man, this lore was written by somebody who doesn't understand politics in the slightest. But I guess that's all right for a story about mice, rats, cockroaches and lizards.
Well, it wouldn't be so cool to read if it was actually realistic
Are we complaining about realism in a story about mice assisting lizards against lizard invaders who are supported by rats? While the mice are requesting the help of the cockroach Russians who used to oppress and enslave the rats?
Besides the lore isn’t too unrealistic to my understanding. Although I could be wrong there.
@@SnakeChkn a story doesn't need to be realistic to be believable.
And you seem to have missed my last sentence there.
@@TypdersichderTypnenn It appears I did! My apologies, I was mostly complaining about the other guy, but it was kind of unreasonable to irritate random people of the internet.
And I meant unbelievable on the postscript.
@@SnakeChkn All good friend!
This was brilliant and i love the idea and potential of this.
This was AWESOME

-the mainland lizards are the chinese
-the island lizards are the japanese
-the rats are the germans (obviously)
I like this, very good content, well made video.
I also like the map it looks like it took inspiration from Game of Thrones.
You're a menace. This is just WW1/WW2, deadass based. GG.
Very well done indeed. I cannot wait for the game to come out.
Impressive looking forward to experiencing the end result.
