now all you need is the mirror lights, brake and tail lights, fog lights, and mirror puddle lights and you have an entire morimoto set up! It looks amazing btw. I really want those
I doubt I go that far with the lights LOL. I do like the Morimoto tail lights…. But I think I’ll put my cash to other use for the time being. These were pricey! Thanks for your comment Will Terrell!
Thanks Fidel Lopez! Yes they're very expensive but cost is the only negative (and it's a big negative). Nevertheless, it's also a big positive with the brightness of the lights and the overall upgrade they give to the look of the truck. Thanks for your comment!
Have you had any problem w/your turn signals "hyperflashing" ( too fast, like when a light bulb on an old car is burned out )? I have had my "XBs" for 2 1/2yrs. About 1 year in, one side started the "hyperf'ing", then later on the other side. BUT at times they both work just fine. Sometimes they flash fast during an errand, then stop and work fine on the same errand. Or only 1 side acts up...or maybe both sides. They will work fine for a few days, then go crazy for an errand, then work fine. 2013 F-150 Platinum 65K mi. The headlights are SUPERIOR for driving w/70yo eyes...no flashing of lights from oncoming drivers ever. A nice VERY clean white light w/a sharp line of demarcation. I have the Mori drop-in LED fog lights too. I aimed all the lights...hdlts 2" low at 25'. The fogs are as good as the hdlts...sharp & clean. Luv them, except for the hyperf'ing. 5yr. warranty ENJOY YURS!!!
Hi Louis Healan, sorry i haven't experienced the hyperflashing you're referring to. I hope you're able to get the problem resolved! Please let me know. So far I've had 0 issues with these headlights. Thanks for your comment!
@@ButtersVlogs Yest. there was no " hyper" anything. But after I started the engine after going to Home Depot, it returned ( but only on the r-h side...prior to that, it had worked absolutely fine for 1 whole day & w/many errands run & many engine starts ).
They really are amazing I just got my set, there are of course much cheaper options but most of the time with those cheaper options you really do get what you pay for.... the morimotos are pricey but very advanced and you have great customer service and a 5 year warranty to back them.

Do the DRL’s turn on as soon as you turn on the truck or when you put in drive?

You need to turn the hyper flash off with forscan. It’s an internal issue. Not the bulbs

So are the amber a different part no. from the regular led motos that are white
Yes Joseph Vallejo, these are the new Morimoto’s with Amber DRL
Do the ambers portion stay on during the day?
Yes these stay on all day and act as a DRL. Thanks for your comment Fidel Cardenas!
Do u know if they got warranty
If I'm not mistaken I believe it came with a 3yr warranty. But I can't say that with 100% certainty.
Where did you buy them?
Morimotohid.com !
get rid of the music and talk about the install and lights
Very nice, Excuse me, i just sxht my pants about the price. There are far cheaper units on Amazon.
Thanks Tom Gray! You’re right, they’re expensive and not for everyone…but they do look nice.
@@BarringtonLewis yes, they are amazing. That is true. Just way too much for me and my situation
