I am not a vision therapist by any means, and I’ve just started my journey towards 3D vision, so take my suggestion for what it’s worth.
Focus your gaze at the center of the video.
Keep the gaze there the entire time.
Breathe in as the squares get larger. Pause the breath when the squares stop increasing in size.
Exhale as the squares get smaller. Again, pause when the movement pauses.
As you continue to gaze at the center, observe the concentric ovals that appear on the left and right side of the squares. Use your peripheral vision to observe the left oval with the left eye. And the right oval with the right.
If breath is timed to movement, you’ll begin to see the video is actually the perspective of zooming back and forth through a black/white checkered funnel. When the squares are smallest, you are looking in at the widest point of the funnel. When the squares are largest, you are at the smallest point of the funnel.
I believe this helps with training the eyes to converge/diverge.

You know how when you take a Rorschach test and they ask if you think the picture is menacing, threatening, and/or ominous? I'm getting those vibes from this. I don't know why though...

How do you feel about the unknown? What is your relationship with uncertainty? Do you find it threatening or ominous? Something to think about 🖤🤍🖤🤍

Ah i know ! sometimes, the garbage collector person is facing a very mysterious situation in which he picks up a a very very heavy bag placed next to the dumpster which ''explodes'' in his face. it was sheep viscera lol. BUT actually its easy to understand, its because the story takes place in a traditional pittoresque place where there are not too much people living and it is also in the fullness of the summer heat so even 1 hour outside for the garbage means what they contain decomposate extremely fast and produce gas.

Do you have one for strobing lights? Can you recommend any other of your videos that will help for vestibular concussion. I made through the whole video, with a slight headache.
