Is it normal that I have less vestibular symtoms with vision and balance when walking with a bike, where you have support.

You can start in center. Some prefer to allow their eyes to wonder and go with the flow constantly scanning as if in a grocery store. As always, this is not medical advice.

The Circle is formed in the Regression with the Rectangles in the Circle. The loop for the Circle is more than the defined coordinates of the Frame or Graphics Window!! When loop crosses those coordinates then the Circle is not Visible. The Circle has become Huge and the lesser part of the visible and the other part goes out of the Frame for the Visibility. The Rectangles are increasing with the Circle. C++ Object Oriented Programming Code!! 😃😃

take it slow, i was told to start with 20 seconds for 5 reps a day. after 20 seconds, stop and relax each time and breath from belly, once you feel back to you baseline, then watch for another 20 seconds and keep doing that till you finish reps. each time you watch it should get easier and easier. take it slow. i hope you feel better soon <3

These have been very helpful, thank you. I had a couple of strokes 4 months ago and these kinds of patterns would stop me in my tracks. My physical therapist sent me a link to your channel. I could barely watch it the first time. Now it doesn’t affect me anymore. Strange how some floor patterns hit me and others didn’t.
