Remember when The Martian came out and we all started growing potatoes in our own poop? The movie went into great detail about the science of getting to Mars, but how close are we in real life? Kyle sciences the potatoes out of NASA’s plans on this episode of Because Science, airing for the first time on the Because Science Channel. - Наука та технологія

I'm not sure I dig his overuse of background green screen. I prefer the black background they used in nerdist, with the occasional effect. On his channel, he uses this ridiculous background. On top of that, his Q&A videos are now patreon-only (which is why I believe he made the switch, lotsa cash). I find it an extreme drop in quality.

@@hondaguy9153 I did think that could be the case, but upon considering it further, don't think so. The whole 'drawing on invisible board' thing isn't unique to them, as far as I know. As for his background, watching it feels like I'm watching an episode of The Incredible Bulk (look it up, you'll understand, the entire movie is shot on green screens).
He wouldn't need to use the same effects, though. Just remove that godawful background, the unnecessary faux A.I., and quality would go up. Though there's still the issue with his paywall. Oh well. Was good while it lasted.

I do miss the old format, the old graphics, the *normal video**footnotes**live QA* thing, and I agree that the new style is not as good as the old one. But you can't complain he does something "just for the money" because, duh, it's his job and he's entitled to that. People are willing to pay to support him because they like his content. If people stop liking him or his content, he won't get the money. Find another channel if you don't like it. He is STILL doing videos for free for you to watch anyway.
I am okay with a channel trying to get more out of the old videos they own. But you should not re-publish a 5 years old video with a ton of relative date references in it.

@@mikeaninger7388 insight launched in 2018, Em-1 (or Artemis 1 now)is now scheduled for 2021, ARM was canceled, and Mars 2020( or Perseverance now) is gonna launch in 2 months and instead of the asteroid mission EM-2 is gonna do a lunar flyby and rendezvous.

When robtnik pressed the button to use the power from sonics quill his machine was able to move fast enough to keep up with sonic. The question is; is robtnik also affected the same way as the machine and the laws of physics change so he can move like sonic or does he still have to operate under the same laws as a humans physics?

The way they reupload old videos shows exactly how desperate they are for views and they know Kyle's the reason why most of us were watching. The quality of their new videos is nothing short of appalling.

Hi, I have a question that doesn't apply to the video. I am currently creating an aquatic superhero based around the Mantis Shrimp.
So, the Mantis Shrimp has the strongest punch in the animal kingdom at 1500 Newton's with the speed of a .22 Caliber bullet.
My question was this, if we upscale this from 10cm to 188 cm (6 feet or so), would the increase in size cause the Newton output to increase by x18, or would it be a multiplicative increase. The difference is approximately 28 thousand Newton's to about 195 million Newton's. At least from the math and equations I did. I could be wrong, so I've come asking for help.
I wonder if they will do the science of hiring someone new to take over and not just re-upload dated content !

Okay so if you are falling out of a plane, a normal commercial plane at 30000ft in the air and you are sitting in your seat and right before landing you jump off the seat will you survive or still take all the fatal damage you normally would?? Please I need this answered
You would still die, you wouldn’t be canceling out the speed of terminal velocity (about 66 meters per second), with a jump (on average 1.5 meters per second). Hope that helps.

Yes. Just like a meteor that is going several kilometers per second you would burn up in the atmosphere (for Earth).
