I kind of resent people that complain in the comments about the podcast having more guests lately... I mean that is how you keep a show going. Don't get me wrong, I adore Billy and Dom episodes where it's just them chatting, but I think it's irrealistic to expect the podcast to survive with those episodes only. I see what people mean when they say they'd like to see more LOTR content, but I believe the podcast is not a LOTR fanpage nor should it be considered as such because it would limit and demean all the wonderful work they did to construct such a unique medium. I want to thank Dom and Billy and their team for keeping things interesting each week and for introducing me to new things, ideas and guests. Listening to the podcast every week brings me so much joy, I don't even want to think about the idea of giving this up. Keep up the good work, love you! ♡
Awww, I loved hearing Dom's Chris Garneau introduction backstory, which I hadn't heard previously. For people who have not heard Chris's music, you should check him out immediately! I was literally introduced via Dom tweeting random lyrics. Dom's link (for me) with Chris's music will forever be one of my favorite Dom associations. It serves as a constant reminder of something else Dom tweeted (I'm paraphrasing because I don't remember the exact words): if you love something, share it. For me, everyone has a song that I associate with them. "Black and Blue" by Chris Garneau is THE song I associate with Dom. I will listen to that song any time I have doubts, for whatever reason, about sharing something I love with others. Dom, I know I already thanked you in writing, but thank you again for sharing those lyrics, and for mentioning the wonderful Chris Garneau on this episode! ❤
Awww this ep made me really miss NYC 🥺 I lived there for just short of a year, dog-walked a ton so got to see places all over the city. Was just before COVID and hightailed it out, back to my hometown, in March 2020 (and I'm grateful that I could). I manage to get back for a visit (work/leisure) every so often, thankfully. Also ugh I LOVE hearing actors talk about their process and craft, I find it fascinating. I nerd out over standup as well! Lastly, fingers crossed the play happens -- if it were to, I would 💯 catch it, whatever the travel!! Thanks as always Billy, Dom, TFO crew, and Gianmarco this week. Tuesdays are kickass 🤩👏🏻🙌🏻

Fun!! Crumbled up uncooked instant ramen is awesome in raw cabbage salad with a vinaigrette (green onions, black sesame seeds and toasted almonds)! Flavor package mixed in.
A friend in college taught me to make ramen that is more like a yaki soba, but it is good. And honestly if I'm going to have prepackaged ramen, it's my preferred way. My favorite flavor of prepackaged ramen is tomato, but you really can't find that anymore.

It also definitely doesn't help that you have sided with the dark lord Amazon against us the Tolkien fans, calling us racists for not liking that abomination of an "adaptation", we who have supported you from the beginning and are the very reason this podcast and your whole lifestyle can exist. Its too bad that you guys joined in with the dishonest campaign to conflate deserved criticism of Amazon's terribly written and produced show with racism. The show is awful for so many reasons and those reasons were evident before it premiered. When the cast is spending more time talking about diversity than the content of the story, then it is likely that good storytelling is not the focus of the project. We now know that the show is a failure in nearly all aspects of this art form, including set design, costumes, props, script writing, directing and marketing. You guys are attacking the fans by helping Amazon's attempt to pretend that racism is the problem. The problem is incompetent show runners. The fans are not the problem. Hollywood is the problem. You guys attacking fans is the problem.
