One of the best bottles of wine I've had in my 50 years of being a legal drinker was a 1976 Chianti in a basket. I found the bottle at a hot summer day garage sale. I bought it, as a novelty because it was the year of my wife's HS graduation. It was the mid 80's and the bottle sat around in changing seasons, hot/cold, moved from house to house. I always figured it would be vinegar, at best. In the mid 90's, daughter's room was redecorated & bottle ended on a shelf. One night my live in GF & I made a big Italian meal, I saw the wine & jokingly said I've got the perfect wine. Great segment. Love and miss my doses of Craig! Got in a good one today. By the way, I'm headed to my family out in Eyemouth, Scotland, in August. I'm from Alaska.
I don't pretend to know this gentleman or his life's challenges, but without hesitation I have to say he knows how to entertain and professionally relate to those around him as he performs. Be well sir!
I’m two years older than Craig, but it sounds like we shared a childhood. So glad I caught onto his late night thing when he was in try-outs. Good run.
I am 49 and have never viewed anyone on late night TV, except Dean Martin in his late 60’s heyday (thru the magic of the youtube time machine), to be on the same level as Craig Ferguson. All the others can’t hold a candle to him.
I saw Craig’s audition week the summer after Craig Kilborn ( who I liked because I Got his bit which came off as narcissism to many..). Of the whole summer’s guest offerings, Craig stood out like a sore thumb. He had a natural ability to humanize his guests.. especially some of the big names.. that was instantly engaging, funny and quirky in a way that was perfect for herbal enthusiasts as well. The show was low budget, so the suits gave him a long leash. And it massively paid off.
He did something totally unique with Late Night. Craig, Conan, and Letterman we all great, yet totally different from each other. Now, late-night TV is a giant sea of middle-of-the-road sameness.
I've always appreciated Craig Ferguson, but I was so impressed with his insightful comments on a wide range of topics within entertainment media. What a great listen!
What killed me on that segment was Robin was riffing and said, “Hey Chlamydia your Dad’s here!” and he kept going and it took Craig a few seconds before it registered what Robin said, then Craig starts laughing his ass off and asked Robin “ Did you just say Chlamydia your Dad’s here?!!” They both laugh so hard they’re crying 😂. I just loved it!
A lot of people *physically* survive their childhood only to find they're going to be living the life of Sisyphus until they fix the "solutions" they developed to survive their childhood.
Had the pleasure of watching Craig's act in Pittsburgh right at the end of covid and it was a lot of fun. His energy really is amazing and the only thing that would have made it better is subtitles, lol. His Scottish accent was sometimes really hard to decipher.

the best late night show man ,,ever,,,.teaching men how to chat to women......he's the Master..
Absolutely, the best late night host. He's sorely missed.
Love Craig, miss him, great interview. 👍👍
I’m two years older than Craig, but it sounds like we shared a childhood.
So glad I caught onto his late night thing when he was in try-outs. Good run.
These 2 are great together ❤
Love these two. Laughed alot. Thanks
Craig was the best. I still watch clips of his show. Proud he chose to be American.
Miss you Craig! So very thankful for UA-cam!
after Carson, Craig was the GOAT of late night. Geoff!!!!
I am 49 and have never viewed anyone on late night TV, except Dean Martin in his late 60’s heyday (thru the magic of the youtube time machine), to be on the same level as Craig Ferguson. All the others can’t hold a candle to him.
The Dean Martin show was on prime time. Johnny Carson was the king of the late night castle. Check out the JC tonight show with Art Carney as guest
@@marcob6880 I am very much aware of Carson, Letterman.. and can appreciate a lot of what they could do.
Craig, to this day I feel you are the best late night host I saw, I still love to see your shows here in yt. You are seriously missed.
I miss Craig love him so much
I saw Craig’s audition week the summer after Craig Kilborn ( who I liked because I Got his bit which came off as narcissism to many..).
We miss you, Craig! We need your voice again- and Geoff & company too! Health and happiness to you and your family.
Need his show back please!! 😎
I miss Craig very much got me through some sad times. Only he could make me laugh😊I think he's adorable. Thank you, Tom made me happy 😊 xx🦋😂
I miss Craig Ferguson hanging out with Robin Williams... Chlamydia is here lol
It was actually ”Chlamydia, your dad’s here” I don’t remember the quote about her sister Gonorrhea though :)
Craig had THE funniest late night show. He always made me laugh. I went to one of his comedy shows and it was so fun.
At first they laughed at a podcasts😮 now everyone has a podcast.
Greg Ferguson is one of the greats.
I wish Craig was still doing Late Night. He was so entertaining.
A lot of people *physically* survive their childhood only to find they're going to be living the life of Sisyphus until they fix the "solutions" they developed to survive their childhood.
Need more Craig so so funny
Miss Craig Ferguson. He’s a hoot.
Had the pleasure of watching Craig's act in Pittsburgh right at the end of covid and it was a lot of fun. His energy really is amazing and the only thing that would have made it better is subtitles, lol. His Scottish accent was sometimes really hard to decipher.
I love this so much. Craig Ferguson my hero.
He gets better looking every year. Miss him SOOO much!
To be fed your perspective robs you of your own perspective. About as wise as anything I’ve ever heard.
I never missed his show. Laughed with him and cried with him. I now fall sleep before 10 pm. Nothing good to stay up for. On tv.
Man I miss his late night show. Got to love Craig, Geoff and all the crazy puppets and crew !
