早五六年爛尾物業 (住宅及商業) 絕大原因係脱歐留歐問題仲未有决定，所以demand急降，地盤就停工。而家大局已定，停咗工嘅地盤都復工，直至疫情爆發。
英國新起住宅都有NHBC 10年保證，quality差嘅developer公司就只得5年。所以，如果你去到地盤睇示範單位嗰陣，見到佢掛支藍色旗寫住NHBC 10 Years，咁就信得過，寫NHBC 5 Years 即係講俾你知D屋偷工減料嘅。
