Ya but this is just Greg ginn and friends. Saw Rollins with mother superior do a flag show in 2003 it was cool but still not flag. Closest thing we got was Flag with Bill Stevenson, Morris and Chuck. Too bad ginn stopped that.

Watch anything live of Black Flag up to 1986 and it's awesome. This however, is pathetically bad. Should be called "Ginn and Friends Butchering Old Tunes". Man, it's so bad I actually can't believe it's being tolerated by a paying audience. Or any audience for that matter.

Ron has never been the best BF vocalist either, I don't hear much praise for him generally. Dez didn't even want to keep singing. Henry is an animal, he gave them their intensity. Before him they made pretty standard punk rock, after he joined, their sound massively shifted and got far more distinctive. Some people don't like their direction in 84-86, but that's Ginn's call, and for what's worth, I like their later stuff. Henry always put on a good show.

I like most of his playing from the old days, and some of this isn't half bad, however the lack of energy reveals how mindless and sloppy it is. I love noisy bullshit, but he can't even play the written riffs cleanly or on time, you can hear it really fucking with the other guys around 5:50. What happened to his other band Gone? New music is better than this rock and roll pantomime. Jealous Again here is embarassing, I think I could play it better by sight reading tab and I suck at guitar

I loved Black Flag and the whole hc scene of new york. this is the saddest moment i could ever expect today... they look like a young band playing for the first time together. when is time, better to retire than do this kind of concert once old. each one is doing his own stuff, no glue, the drummer looks at himself, and he is not a good drummer.
