You may want to reconsider running in with the fuel off. It’s leaning out pretty bad when that happens. I run airplane fuel (or just a little auto fuel in my bikes and haven’t had a single problem even sitting over winter. But if you feel it works better, draining the carb..does it have a drain screw like most larger bikes? You do you, just wanted to throw out some possible alternatives.
Unfortunately no drain screw. Coated carb and bowl with WD40 and this spring she fired right up no problem.
That's quite an accomplishment taming one of those things in the back yard little man. Are you guys gonna document and maybe film the maintenance on this bike? There is just about nothing on the choob. We just picked up a 24 FWE. Coming off of PW as well. Our guy is turning 6.

I’m looking to get a KTM. Never considered a Cobra. What is the cost? And what about parts?
Brand new 50 Jr about $5000 and parts way easier to obtain vs KTM. KTM has been terrible lately trying to secure OEM parts. Any local Cobra dealer can get you OEM parts within a few days. Especially John @ Fun Factory Racing!
