- Ian Roussel Customizes A 1937 Lincoln Zephyr Front Clip: A Radical Transformation In The Works
Awesome friends donate to Ian a potential perfect donor front clip from a rare custom project.
Ian Roussel wants this car very low, he arranges an approximately 10 inch static drop in the new suspension design.
The Backstory:
Desert friends turn Ian and Jamie on to a find of a lifetime, A 1937 Lincoln Zephyr. In the kustom community, friends are EVERYTHING, as is sharing finds and resources so that we all can carry on the tradition and legacy of kustom culture. The kustom family has come through once again, and Ian and Jamie found themselves deep in the desert at an estate sale that was only invite only. This car could have went to the highest bidder, but instead went to The Roussel's to take loving care of it. Tune in to see what Ian and Jamie's plans are for this beautiful and rare car. The car has no cancer, no collisions, and most of the exterior pieces are included.

Are we not entertained? Yes we are! Watching Ian (and Shadow) get the creative juices flowing again is better than (fill in the blank). Thanks for a great episode.
With that new front clip in it's going to handle like a NASCAR..
Better than Don Lemon crying about Musk not agreeing with him on Corp controlled tv Cause he's a black gay guy.
Sunday morning with Jamie and Ian Couldn't get no better. Yesterday I had caught back-to-back episodes FCG Always liked it You too hear on UA-cam there's a hell of a lot Better!!! Thanks for everything 👊👽👍
Ian you are a very lucky man, friends that hook you up, a wonderful compatible wife! Thanks for sharing your story with us!
You are both Rock Stars and I am so happy you're together!
One of my earliest memories is touring Hurst castle. My dad set off an alarm sitting on a chair he thought was there for the resting but apparently was not!
And a new adventure starts. Thank you.
Yes and yes again! ❤😮💥💯
I enjoy this format so much more than the TV show. Love Jamie’s laugh
The animals wandering near Hurst castle have been on the property from back when he wanted a safari/zoo all around the castle. Similar to the Winchester house, Hurst kept building on the property to avoid taxes. It's a really cool place to visit.
Hurst Castle is amazing. Ian'd love it!
Love how you aren’t peddling bolt on trinkets. Making free stuff work is what makes you unique. Great questions Jamie.
Well said.
I love the cop car rim with the caps, rings, and holes. Reminds me of the artillery wheels of the late 30s. 👍
I use to in the late 70’s drop off cars and pick them up at Bill Hines shop for car builder Dan Woods. Was always entertaining.
That Zephyr's gonna look awesome
Ian I love the Zhepyr with the classic hubcaps and rear side skirts
WHAT an ugly Kar ! But?....?,,,,,,/'>>>>>/? He doez zome wild zheet!
Man OH man! Ian is in Zephyr heaven. He is uncontrollable LOL! 😂 However, he knows what he’s doing and he will make another prefect creation. Hi Jamie 😊
Loving the music choices! Always something to surprise. Great build.
Glad you like them!
Sometimes you just got to do it , you know, strike while the Rod is Hot !!!😊

It's going to be awesome 👍😎
Ian can make anything fit!
When i did the watts linkage on my race car the centre pivot point I lowered to the centre of the pumpkin this made it more stable and it worked excellently
Awesome look forward to each episode

That "good used trash" had me lmao.
Love ❤ the patina! Clear satin!
Always fun hanging out at you guys's place.. you know the rest Peace Love Ace out
Oh man, you got me excited with the Minor ute gasser! I might be biased but they are my favourite cars!
You and me both!
You’ve done it again Ian. You have really peaked my interest now. An old Morris Minor and a pick up at that. Those are rare even in the UK. The second rarest one is the Morris Minor Traveller. It kind of looks like a station wagon with the wood on the outside. Those are pretty rare as well and so are the two door soft tops. Great vehicles to customise. All they need is a nice paint job and a nice set of wheels and they look absolutely cool. Just a pity about the engines though. The head the old a series engines same as the mini. You wouldn’t fit any land speed record with them but they’re great to drive. Can’t wait to see what you do with this one. I’ve been watching and catching up on the Zephyr. I can’t believe how intact that front grill is! Normally find them and the grill is burnt crazy. What a find! Thanks for the great video, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Please keep up the great work and blessings to you and Mrs Ian (and shadow as well. LOL.)
Oh I love the outro! And the hub caps!
Creative juices are flowing!
Wow a moggy minor pickup very nice very old school British, nice tub an chassis better than the original rubbish awsome thanks for sharing.

Yip the look of that Lincoln zephyr low with standard hub caps... BUILD IT,
...." .....hw do you know i need it". , Its free . 😅. lov it
Perfect look
This car makes me think of Karl Fisher. I know he loves Zephyrs. He has got to be following this
Green slime for your tires works wonders especially on the old ones the leak from random places you can't find😊
I love gassers especially Willys, Henry Js, Austins and Morrises.
Love the wheel choice 👍
You are and will forever be a LEGEND man!
Best way to beat those Monday morning blues, watching a video about Ian and his projects.

Wow, thank you!
Hey guys! Happy Sunday!
Love the ending especially with some Bach !
Funny how a car that was so looked down upon, that’s it’s front end components are integral to so many custom cars and hot rods. Thanks for the content
Complex surgery I'm digging it thanks
Ian & Jamie, you guys are awesome, but Shadow is a star!! I'm a little biased though. We have a pup that looks just like her. Keep up the great work!!
That is awesome!
Send it up here to Sacramento.
I" ll take it !!😊😊
The last couple minutes says it all, should be good.
Really cool how your mate just gives you a car for free with so much good gear on it ,nice to have mates like that ,this zephyr is going to be one real nice cool ride
Would love to see the truck built just like you are “envisioning”! Killer builds in process and fantastic creation and content!
Great exploratory today on the Zephyr! I'd heard the word Front Clip a lot. I didn't realise it referred to the suspension, I kinda assumed it was the front bodywork. Huh... live and learn! 🤣😂🙂
This is going to be so awesome when Ian gets it done.
Great tire look!
All the elements are forming in this molecular desert cloud to form the star call Lincoln Zephyr.
Outta this World
🌠👽👽👽
That Morris is gonna be an awesome Gasser!!
I put a. Crown vic front x member in my 46 ford pickup by narrowing it 6 inches and buying a new rack. It drives so nice and handles like a dream.
Fun watching Ian geeking out on his project. Reminds me of what women do in a dress shop trying on different clothes.
Gettin closer to that 100k mark!
Hurst castle is FREAKING AWESOME, went there about a year ago. Incredible what you can build with a boat load of money and determination, Car will look great when you have done with it.
Love your work Ian and Jamie, go 100k subscribers!
I've got a 1957 Morris ute and I've seen the bodies put onto Suzuki Sierra (AUS) 4WD.
I WANNA DO THAT.

Looks awesome I love it
There's a ton of cool channels out there but NONE better than this... you guys truely ROCK!!!!!
Jeff is the MAN !
Morris gasser!!! Yesss!!!👍 👍👍
Love that four door zhepyr
Ian , I had those tires on my 1987 Cadillac that I purchased new and also the Vogue grill for the car , great tires sold the car with 62,000 miles and the tires were about half worn ! The guy I sold it to was my son’s friends father ,when he needed tires he said the Vogue were to expensive for him !but they made the car look awesome !
I enjoy your videos Ian, I'm living the dream of building cars vicariously through you. Thank you
Glad to hear it
Hi Jaime and Ian from Albany in Western Australia. Sad that the Morris 1000 Truck is being used for parts. My father had one and myself and two siblings all learnt to drive in it. It had its exhaust system replaced by my dad with copper pipe as he was a plumber. Great Vehicle. A neighbor has a Morris 1000 van with an amazing rotary motor replacing the original motor. It goes like a bullet and to me is an amazing vehicle . BTW the Morris 1000 was used by the Japanese as a model to start their own car industry,
Great question ❓
Love the look of the zephyr with the tyres like that magic
Ian you are the perfect artist for that truck 👌
