1. Rewrite prompt: type in a paragraph and ChatGPT rewrites it in a unique way. 2. Return only the main response prompt: prompts ChatGPT to shorten its verbose response and provide a concise answer. 3. Style dictation: set ChatGPT to return responses in a specific style such as fifth-grade level or doctoral level with clear and complicated language and jargon. 4. Format your response prompt: use markdown, subheadings, headings, bullet points, bold, etc., to structure ChatGPT's response and avoid a wall of text. 5. Give bullet points a step-by-step process prompt: provides a list of bullet points outlining the important information to include in a blog post, script, etc. The key takeaway from this video is that ChatGPT can be optimized with specific prompts to get the most out of its AI writing capabilities. These prompts allow users to receive more accurate and helpful responses and structure their content in a more efficient manner.
Not version, pricing. They are increasing the price, and reducing the articles you can sort out from 10 to 3. I typically get Surfer every few months and go through my top articles so this change is a bit disappointing.
some examples of the prompts mentioned in the video: 1. Rewrite prompt: Type in a paragraph and ChatGPT will generate a unique rewrite. For example, "Teach English in Thailand" could be rewritten as "Educate Thai students in the English language while immersing yourself in the local culture." 2. Return only the main response: Type in a question or prompt and add the prompt "Return only the main response, remove pre-text and post-text" to get a shorter, more concise response. 3. Style dictation: Set ChatGPT to return responses in a clear and specific way based on your preferences. For example, you can set it to write at a fifth-grade level using clear and simple language, or at a doctoral level with more complex language and jargon. 4. Format your response: Use markdown, headings, bullet points, and other formatting options to organize your response and avoid a wall of text. 5. Give bullet points, a step-by-step process, etc.: Ask ChatGPT to provide a list of bullet points or a step-by-step process for a topic, such as "How to create a WordPress website." This can be a helpful outline for creating a blog post or video script.
A great way for you to get what you want from chat GPT is by asking it to interview you. For example: "I want you to write an article about golden chicken price rise in Spain. ASK ME 20 QUESTIONS THAT WILL HELP YOU WRITE THIS ARTICLE" And it will ask you the questions it needs to make a good article.
Thanks for sharing the tips. I would like to add that the AIPRM plugin would be something you may want to share with your audience. It has hundreds of prompts related to blogging and copywriting built in.
I'm a short storybook writer. Could you make a video about "How to prompt for short storybook for kids? Using ChatGPT and MidJourney for the picture. Thank you.
I gave this a thumbs up and I don't normally do that. LOL! I forget to do it. I truly enjoyed this. It gave me some great ideas to get more help with creating lesson plans and assignments for my English courses. Thanks for the content.
Great Info. Constructive criticism, take the word "et cetera" out of your vocabulary because you don't realize how many times you say that in one video. I'll be watching more of your content and thanks much!
@@DavidUtke OMG yes I caught myself saying that one a lot because I had a father broker who abused that word! I'm trying to get over saying "so" as a transition word 500 times all throughout my videos 😂
Chatgpt is good for churning out generic bla-bla, which you seen a hundred times before, but I haven't seen anything yet that suggests originality or creativity in any way, shape or form. On that score, it has a long way to go.😏
Your not way above me head, but, some of the language you are using in your video may be way above some peoples head. Some people don't even know what literary devices and stuff like that means, as an example. Just saying that this video of telling chatgpt what to say, some people may not understand the jargon you are using.

thank you for this . was curious about ChatGPT. And now you just showed me the way .
I have been using chat GPT for some time now and your video helped me learn some new things.
Happy to help out.
These are very helpful tips. Thank you! 😊
Glad you found it helpful.
Wow thank you so much! It really needs a human touch best thing you said in entire video.
Great video! -Miguel from New Mexico.
Glad you enjoyed it.
I am new to CHAT GPT and I've look at many sites for learning, yours is the most useful I have see, keep up the good work....very impressed..
Nice job and thank you for the info.
Your welcome.
Thank you very much. this is a great content and very usufull
Hi David!
This video was really helpful. Can you also do a video on best Plagiarism detector for blog posts.
Amazing video thank you very much for it. Which prompt would you use to have a green light at the Yoast SEO plug-in for Readability?
you get nothing by optimizing an article in SEO plugins.
@@shashipunchihewa2563 hmmm ok … but what about the readability score?
I would not use a prompt for this. I use Surfer SEO to check for on-page SEO for content and grammarly for spelling and grammar errors.
@@DavidUtke Thank you David - so far I don’t have Surfer SEO - but will get it very soon I believe 23 of May a new version is coming out

How to make to add diagrams equations etc for science and engineering.
This is awesome for beginner like me and I'm going to watch it again
Great video, very informative. Clear concise instructions, real content with real value. Well done. Great work.
Finally not just another UA-cam repeating the “you are an expert” prompt
Is that prompt even necessary? Of course it’s an expert. What difference does adding that really make?
You are an expert of UA-cam content, please generate a script in line with generic prompt verbatim.
It's disgusting all those guys
@@Its_RichieRichthat's what I was wondering
Hi David. Thanks your video was very helpful! Cheers and have a nice day.

does google penalize you if your upload the article written by chatgpt to the blog?
Thanks!
Thanks!

These were fantastic prompts, great video and amazing content. Thank you for sharing!
Great one indeed
Thanks for the tips! Do you have any tips for image generator prompts? Specifically for Bluewillow.
Terrific and so practical, thanks for your generous sharing.
Thank you so much. This information so valuable.
Excellent work
Thank you so much, David. Stay safe.
I loved this!!! Thank you.
Hey David thanks for this! Was wondering if you could do a quick review on Bluewillow and a bit on prompt engineering?
I actually never heard of that, I'll check it out. Thanks!
Very helpful. However, I'm curious about why you put part of the prompt within [brackets].
Fantastic video! Ty.
I'm here to help.
Thank you this video is very helpful
I'm a short storybook writer. Could you make a video about "How to prompt for short storybook for kids? Using ChatGPT and MidJourney for the picture. Thank you.
My audience is focused on building content based business. That's sounds like a good video you could make if you figure it out.
There are several author/writing channels that teach how to write stories or novels (which could be condensed into stories).
GOLD!
This is amazing content, thank you for sharing. It is very helpful.
Freaking Awesome that i found your video!
Nice video!
But why you writing your prompts in [ this ] ...?
Personal preference honestly and also to help you the viewer see what I'm doing.
some of them were interesting but some lack so much
For the copywriting persona, I didn't like that it roughly said the same thing it did for you (different topics)
Hi David, do you have list and video about helpful prompts for seo?

I know, I say it fast and it sounds like "b" I think I'll just say "chat" so I don't annoy everyone haha.
@@DavidUtke haha all good. you pack lots of value in. it's better that you keep things moving.
These prompts are better known as "Task descriptors".
Thanks for the feedback.
Chatgpt is highly detectable as AI. I use atomictopics which consistently passed AI generation and has very good output as well
It would be good to produce a PDF with the Prompts on that could be downloaded.

Seems GPT-4 does a better job.
Standard AI text is detectable, and if you use it on your website Google penalizes it.
The AI gets confused, it some time says it's human, other times it says its a system, AI LOL, bad program yes

chat gpt loves liberal talking points too. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the people programming it.
