We trade motorcycle for bicycles, and head off in search of the Mising People (tribe) of Majuli Island. This day was absolutely delightful, and honestly, I'm a little worried that maybe it's not as "exciting" to watch as it was for us to experience 🤞
Majuli Island was already on my "highly recommended" list, and this day definitely made it more so.

This day felt really special. I don't know if it comes through in the video, but we had countless pleasant exchanges and hellos with the lovely Mising Tribe village people. And of course, the food, and the Majuli sunset. I hope you can sense our delight 😊🙏

When u pedal through those village tracks, framed by the bamboo groove's canopy, the occasional mangoe and jackfruit trees, and if the weather is right, it is cool, and the breeze has a distinct texture, a stream is never far in these parts of our country, and the nxt village or huts is just a couple of kilometres away. Inspite of the low income bracket in the region, there is much cheer. Do share if u come across the same ambience, the vibe in any other part of the world

We speak our mother tongue first then the language of our state and then the language of our country. Therefore, they cannot speak English and most of our Mising people live in villages. Where our Mising people live, there are rivers. It is difficult to find such things in our Mising villages. Our people are more involved with nature. We worship nature. Without nature, people cannot survive so our people live with nature. sir I watched your video after a year. It will come again sir.
.Our people are very calm and hustling.
