Very very informative session on emotional intelligence. It's the first session for me on this subject. Madam has explained very nicely the various concepts with examples to understand easily.
Found no easy way of learning and understanding the concept of emotional intelligence. I have also read a book of emotional intelligence authored by Pooja ma'am, and I can say with confidence that anyone who gains education from ma'am on this concept will gain enormous knowledge and insight.
