Bill never criticised those who stand against Israel, nor those who question the methods of Israel to self defend. Rather, he criticised those who stand for Hamas, which objectively cannot be understandable, because it is officially recognised as a terrorist group. Meanwhile, regarding all this story about plagiarism, I think it distorts the media from the real issue, which is that it is not possible to have in the world’s best university rallies sustaining Hamas.

Of course he did, Ackman wanted a list of names so he could track where those kids would be employed and target them or their employer. That's someone trying to silence free speech, even if you hate their position, they still have a right to speak their mind. Just remember one man's terrorist is another's freedom fighter. And maybe, just maybe, Israel should not have funded and trained Hamas and instead had worked on a real solution decades ago.

What rallies "sustaining Hamas?" Advocating ending Israeli ethnofascist apartheid, ethnic cleansing, and genocide is not "sustaining Hamas." Advocating a free Palestine is not "sustaining Hamas."
If you want to look at who elevated Hamas into power to begin with, you need to look at Netanyahu, his Likud Party, and the Israeli fascist right. They wanted an extremist face for Gaza because they don't want Palestinian self-determination to be perceived as moderate and legitimate.
