So add whole city blocks going off line, pulse the area immediately around the flattened area the foot hits, then start shutting down all the lights. Also, add some camera shake, as no one holds a camera that still. This can be done in post, so rendering isn’t made any harder.
No camera shake, screw that! Why would it be shaking if it's from the perspective of a guy sitting in a plane seat, and the plane itself is just calmly sailing through the clear sky?

I'm also not playing critic, as I did not say anything was bad about the video. I'm giving good hearted suggestions on how to make it even better and more realistic. An artist would take this onboard and either ignore it because it's not what they aimed for, or go "Oh yeah, good points." and make an already awesome creation even better. It's their choice.
