Today I take a look at the biggest products announced as well as the ones we thing are coming and share what I will be getting this year.

Out of every company you mentioned, NWT is the one I’m most excited for this year. I love and purchase most of their stuff. The wait for their stuff is the only frustrating part lol
Atgames: I’m not really interested as much rn. Going full-size vpin myself. TBD on the ALU 4k. Would love real pin but I’m too indecisive to chose a single or a few titles so I’m good with going to play them at an arcade.
Arcade1up…….uh…..yeah. The clock is ticking. Star Wars XL better happen.
Yeah I'm really hoping NWT knock it out of the park right out of the gate with something really cool. I would love a Centipede. Well if you are going to invest in a full size VPIN the ALP 4KP would probably be a step down. Yeah Star Wars, MK or SF....hell just more XLs in General
@@MichaelBtheGameGenieyeah the 4K alp has good potential I think but I’m just committed to a bigger general size/playfield and whatnot now. Have a heavily modded ALP hd already and like it but just time for a change.
And yes….XL just about anything for the love of pete lol.
Frankly I’m most excited for Numskull
I do like numbskull as well and have a few of their products but their prices are edging up there.
@@ChrisNxNW Space Invaders was expensive due to the engineering complexities. I have both and they are worth every penny.
Just an update on my end: I preordered the 4k pin on day 1. They keep giving me the run around and saying now that there are "3 waves" of emails going out to make final payment. Even though I was a day one order (no alteration for the SSF add in) they are saying they would email Jan 19th and maybe delayed 2 days. Now I'm being told they will not send me an email for up to a month now.
Seems like a sneaky way to delay deliveries for even day 1 pre-orders.
Did they give you an option to cancel without a penalty? I did see the update yesterday that said the payment notifications would go out in batches where the next ones would be between Jan 29-Feb 2
I've got the Attack From Mars on order and I'll have to figure out how to connect my PC up to it and play Pinball FX3 & Zaccaria games on it

2000 is way to much I rather use that money as a start up fund for a real pinball machine. I like the candy cabs for shoot ‘em ups, cause there is a sever lack of support from other home arcade suppliers
Big time, outside of New Wave Toys no one has made a dedicated shooter cab

What am I getting?... tired of waiting, that's what! C'mon, Arcade1Up, get out from the bunker and start talking. Everyone and their brother is making announcements (even if many are falling flat or were overpromised), but you're looking completely dead in the water. If NWT does something "big" in February, it's time to get out from under that rock and bring the XLs!
I'm right with you Paul, I hope they announce something soon and hopefully it's something cool and new or at least some new XL models of cabs they have done before
Question for you, do you think people would have handled NTW pinball better if it at least let you shoot a ball around and flip the flipper even though it would still be unplayable? More like you have the option as an esthetic. I personally think it would have helped swallow the pill a little better.
Yeah it would have been cool if at least the parts work. I know the plunger works but a nice added touch would have been to actually move the flippers. I feel bad for NWT I think people like me alluding to it being functional dug them a pretty hard spot to climb out of. We had high expectations that maybe weren’t realistic.
All I know for sure is I’m getting one of the 4K pinball products from atgames. I’m just not sure which one. I really want a marvel theme or a TMNT theme from atgames.
Marvel is much more likely with Zen already having the tables
I think if people want to migrate to real pinball and don't like the NIB pricing Yes these do fill a gap I would seriously consider a good used machine yes it's twice as much or more pending title, era,etc. BUT you won't regret it........Get a lethal weapon3, judge Dred in good condition for around 4k

I’m only interested in the Peanuts 4K pinball and if NWT makes a bigger Qbert.

Good video. I really wish Arcade 1 up would come out with the Big Buck Hunter in the XL. If they could get some of the reloaded titles like "Zombies" or "Monster Hunter' that'd be epic. I'd pay extra for that and sure many would.
Besides a1up xls (star wars where are you) im interested in a candy cab. I like that the unico bartop and base are seperate, making it easier to store and transport if needed.
Hi Mike,totally understand the incredible price of the new pinball machines.We will stick with the virtual pinball,and we are going to wait until later to seriously look at the 4K pinball from AT games.Im looking forward to seeing the other titles they come out with. I have to be honest, I think we about done with our arcade,after the pandemic was over , I don’t know, it seems I never run out of projects,but I’m tired of modding.Really burnt out.love the channel!

What is the difference between the pro and premium stranger things ?
The screen in front of the demigorgan is a projection screen and there is a projector that displays the dmd on that screen. The demigorgan is motorized and the telekinetisis multiball actually is stuck to the back wall with a magnet. All cosmetic changes imo
I preordered 2 Unico Nova Blast (U2 variant) but I also own something like 50 loose arcade boards and carts. I plan to try it with my MiSTer as well. Really excited for that 4:3 display with built-in JAMMA+ and essentially a supergun.
I did end up preordering the AtGames Attack from Mars. The enhancements over the original are great and the close replication of an original machine art was too good.
No interest in the Legends 4KP though. I don’t really want to use one of these cheap home cabs for modern arcade-style play so I have no interest in the 4K resolution. I have issue with the cabinet design of the original and they’ve barely changed it. Yes, the artwork is also shamefully hideous like most of AtGames products. It looks like a teenager in the 90’s bastardized the original KI art with a trial version of Paint Shop Pro by using every plugin they could find. It’s embarrassing.

pretty sure MK is the next biggest seller by far. I think the SF2 deluxe was a flop so i dont see that one
I have been having tilt issues with my addams family 4K machine. Any time I get to multiball the machine tilts...without fail. I do not know what to do....wish I could just turn tilt off period. So frustrated
I’m hoping at some point we see a QBert cab( No matter what company it is). If it ever happens, I hope its not too expensive
Picking up the nova for sure. Prob not gunna get anything else. Would love a pinball machine but that requires me winning the lottery 😂

my gateway VP was the Arcade 1up StarWars and Marvel.....not really good at all.BUT it brought me to Stern Machines.thankfully
Maintenance is mostly minimal on Stern Pros
Thats why Im leaning towards Stranger Things Pro, price, maintenance and essentially its the same game. I would argue certain game are completely different like Godzilla
any word on Canada Computers or someone else getting the Nova Blast?

Hi Mike b man we get nailed on shipping to Canada I pre ordered the black hole pinball shipping was $80 us all in $300 yikes it was painful but want to support new wave toys so they can make more new innovations

Really wish A1up will fix the input lag/latency issue and frame stutters on XL Pac-Man this issue also affects the Deluxe Galaga since it is essentially the same games.
I dont know about lag but there is definetly frame skipping
@@MichaelBtheGameGenie I’m getting almost a half second control input latency on Pac-Man when you turn it’s so bad my wife refuses to play it.
I'm picking up the Addams Family 4k pinball machine but at this point I'm not sure of anything else. Depending on what happens with the ALU 4k that might be a possibility, but in all likelihood I would wait and see what develops. I doubt I'll pick up whatever it is New Wave and GRS has in the works, but it certainly has me interested to find out.

Michael that control deck sucks and sucks real hard for the at games 4k killer instinct. Tell them to simplify it and if you want all that crap spread all-over the deck make it an option
That's how the original deck was man. I don't think they can be made to order
@@MichaelBtheGameGenie their original deck sucked as well. It's a cabinet I would absolutely consider with a better more simplified deck. It's atrocious. Too much crap spread all over the place. Just terrible
